A: The oven is specialized in defrosting and can defrost many items including meats and frozen fruits.

Q: How do I clean the fat filter?

A: It’s advisable for the fat filter to be detached after every use, soaked in some dishwasher detergent in boiling water, rinsed and dried before being put back in place.

Q: What to do in case the oven is not warming up?

A: Double check if all the necessary switches are turned on, see if the fuse blown and finally make sure that the door of the oven is properly closed.
