1. SAFETY INFORMATION

Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully
read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not

responsible for any injuries or damage that are the result
of incorrect installation or usage. Always keep the
instructions in a safe and accessible location for future
reference.

1.1 Children and vulnerable people safety

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8

years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children between 3 and 8 years of age and persons

with very extensive and complex disabilities shall be
kept away from the appliance unless continuously
supervised.

• Children of less than 3 years of age should be kept

away from the appliance unless continuously
supervised.

• Do not let children play with the appliance.

• Keep detergents away from children.

• Keep children and pets away from the appliance when

the door is open.

• Children shall not carry out cleaning and user

maintenance of the appliance without supervision.

1.2 General Safety

• This appliance is intended to be used in household

and similar applications such as:

– farm houses; staff kitchen areas in shops, offices

and other working environments;

– by clients in hotels, motels, bed & breakfast and

other residential type environments.

• Do not change the specification of this appliance.

• The operating water pressure (minimum and

maximum) must be between 0.5 (0.05) / 8 (0.8) bar
(MPa)

• Follow the maximum number of 13 place settings.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by

the manufacturer, its Authorised Service Centre or

similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• Put the cutlery in the cutlery basket with the sharp

ends pointing down or put them in the cutlery drawer

in a horizontal position with the sharp edges down.

• Do not leave the appliance with the open door

unattended to avoid stepping accidentally onto it.

• Before any maintenance operation, deactivate the

appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the

socket.

• Do not use high pressure water sprays and/or steam

to clean the appliance.

• If the appliance has ventilation openings in the base,

they must not be covered e.g. by a carpet.

• The appliance is to be connected to the water mains

using the new supplied hose-sets. Old hose sets must

not be reused.

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 Installation

WARNING!

Only a qualified person must
install this appliance.

• Remove all the packaging.

• Do not install or use a damaged
appliance.

• Follow the installation instructions
supplied with the appliance.

• Always take care when moving the
appliance as it is heavy. Always use
safety gloves and enclosed footwear.

• Do not install or use the appliance
where the temperature is less than
0 °C.

• Install the appliance in a safe and
suitable place that meets installation
requirements.

2.2 Electrical connection

WARNING!

Risk of fire and electric
shock.

• The appliance must be earthed.

• Make sure that the parameters on the
rating plate are compatible with the
electrical ratings of the mains power
supply.

• Always use a correctly installed
shockproof socket.

• Do not use multi-plug adapters and
extension cables.

• Make sure not to cause damage to
the mains plug and to the mains
cable. Should the mains cable need to
be replaced, this must be carried out
by our Authorised Service Centre.

• Connect the mains plug to the mains
socket only at the end of the
installation. Make sure that there is
access to the mains plug after the
installation.

• Do not pull the mains cable to
disconnect the appliance. Always pull
the mains plug.

• This appliance is fitted with a 13 A
mains plug. If it is necessary to
change the mains plug fuse, use only
a 13 A ASTA (BS 1362) fuse (UK and
Ireland only).

2.3 Water connection

• Do not cause damage to the water
hoses.

• Before connection to new pipes, pipes
not used for a long time, where repair
work has been carried out or new
devices fitted (water meters, etc.), let
the water flow until it is clean and
clear.

• Ensure that there are no visible water
leaks during and after the first use of
the appliance.

• The water inlet hose has a safety
valve and a sheath with an inner
mains cable.

• Do not remove the dishes from the
appliance until the programme is
complete. Some detergent may
remain on the dishes.

• Do not store items or apply pressure
on the open door of the appliance.

• The appliance can release hot steam
if you open the door while a
programme operates.

2.5 Internal lighting

WARNING!

Risk of injury.

• Concerning the lamp(s) inside this
product and spare part lamps sold
separately: These lamps are intended
to withstand extreme physical
conditions in household appliances,
such as temperature, vibration,
humidity, or are intended to signal
information about the operational
status of the appliance. They are not
intended to be used in other
applications and are not suitable for
household room illumination.

• To replace the internal lighting,
contact the Authorised Service
Centre.

WARNING!

Dangerous voltage.

• If the water inlet hose is damaged,
immediately close the water tap and
disconnect the mains plug from the
mains socket. Contact the Authorised
Service Centre to replace the water
inlet hose.

2.4 Use

• Do not put flammable products or
items that are wet with flammable
products in, near or on the appliance.

• Dishwasher detergents are
dangerous. Follow the safety
instructions on the detergent
packaging.

• Do not drink and play with the water in
the appliance.

2.6 Service

• To repair the appliance contact the
Authorised Service Centre. Use
original spare parts only.

• Please note that self-repair or non­professional repair can have safety
consequences and might void the
guarantee.

• The following spare parts will be
available for 7 years after the model
has been discontinued: motor,
circulation and drain pump, heaters
and heating elements, including heat
pumps, piping and related equipment
including hoses, valves, filters and
aquastops, structural and interior
parts related to door assemblies,
printed circuit boards, electronic
displays, pressure switches,
thermostats and sensors, software
and firmware including reset software.
Please note that some of these spare
parts are only available to
professional repairers, and that not all

spare parts are relevant for all
models.

• The following spare parts will be
available for 10 years after the model
has been discontinued: door hinge
and seals, other seals, spray arms,
drain filters, interior racks and plastic
peripherals such as baskets and lids.

4.1 Indicators

Indicator Description

Washing phase. It comes on when the washing phase operates.

Rinsing phase. It comes on when the rinsing phase operates.

Drying phase. It comes on when the drying phase operates.

End indicator.

TimeSaver indicator.

XtraDry indicator.

Rinse aid indicator. It is always off while the programme operates.

Salt indicator. It is always off while the programme operates.

This programme offers the most efficient use of water and energy consumption for crockery and cut‐
lery with normal soil. This is the standard programme for test institutes. This programme is used to as‐
sess compliance with the Ecodesign Comission Regulation (EU) 2019/2022.

The appliance senses the degree of soil and the quantity of items in the baskets. It automatically ad‐
justs the temperature and the quantity of water, the energy consumption and the programme duration.

This programme is suitable for washing a load or a half load with fresh soil. It gives good washing re‐
sults in a short time.

5.2 Information for test institutes

6. SETTINGS

6.1 Programme selection mode and user mode

When the appliance is in programme
selection mode it is possible to set a
programme and to enter the user mode.

Settings available in the user mode:

• The level of water softener according
to the water hardness.

• Activation or deactivation of the rinse
aid empty notification.

• Activation or deactivation of AirDry.

As the appliance stores the saved
settings, there is no need to configure
it before every cycle.

How to set the programme selection mode

The appliance is in programme selection
mode when the programme indicator

is on and the display shows the

programme duration.
After activation, the appliance is in

programme selection mode by default. If
not, set the programme selection mode
the following way:

Regardless of the type of detergent
used, set the proper water hardness
level to keep the salt refill indicator
active.

Multi-tabs containing salt are
not effective enough to
soften hard water.

Regeneration process

For the correct water softener operation,
the resin of the softener device needs to
be regenerated regularly. This process is
automatic and is the part of the normal
dishwasher operation.

When the prescribed quantity of water
(see values in the table) has been used
since the previous regeneration process,

a new regeneration process will be
initiated between the final rinse and the
programme end.

In case of the high water softener setting,
it may occur also in the middle of the
programme, before the rinse (twice
during a programme). Regeneration
initiation has no impact on the cycle
duration, unless it occurs in the middle of
a programme or at the end of a
programme with a short drying phase. In
that cases, the regeneration prolongs the
total duration of a programme by
additional 5 minutes.

Subsequently, the rinsing of the water
softener that lasts 5 minutes may begin
in the same cycle or at the beginning of
the next programme. This activity
increases the total water consumption of
a programme by additional 4 litres and
the total energy consumption of a
programme by additional 2 Wh. The
rinsing of the softener ends with a
complete drain.

Each performed softener rinse (possible
more than one in the same cycle) may
prolong the programme duration by
another 5 minutes when it occurs at any
point at the beginning or in the middle of
a programme.

How to set the water softener level

Make sure the appliance is in user mode.

1. Press Program.

• The indicators
are off.

• The indicator still flashes.

• The display shows the current
setting: e.g. = level 5.

2. Press Program repeatedly to change

the setting.

3. Press the on/off button to confirm the
setting.

6.3 The rinse aid empty

notification

The rinse aid helps to dry the dishes
without streaks and stains.

The rinse aid is automatically released
during the hot rinse phase.

When rinse aid chamber is empty, the
rinse aid indicator is turned on notifying
to refill rinse aid. If the drying results are
satisfactory while using multi-tablets only,
it is possible to deactivate the notification
for refilling rinse aid. However, for best
drying performance, always use rinse
aid.

If standard detergent or multi-tablets
without rinse aid are used, activate the
notification to keep the rinse aid refill
indicator active.

How to deactivate the rinse aid empty notification

Make sure the appliance is in user mode.

6.4 AirDry

AirDry improves the drying results with
less energy consumption.

During the drying phase, the
door opens automatically
and remains ajar.

CAUTION!

Do not try to close the
appliance door within 2
minutes after automatic
opening. This can cause
damage to the appliance.

AirDry is automatically activated with all
programmes excluding (if

applicable).
To improve the drying performance refer

to the XtraDry option or activate AirDry.

CAUTION!

If children have access to
the appliance, it is advised to
deactivate AirDry as opening
the door may pose a danger.

How to deactivate AirDry

Make sure the appliance is in user mode.

1. Press Delay.

• The indicators
are off.

• The indicator still flashes.

• The display shows the current

Desired options must be
activated every time before
you start a programme.
It is not possible to activate
or deactivate options while a
programme is running.

The Option button toggles
between the available
options and their possible
combinations.

Not all options are
compatible with each other.
If you select non compatible
options, the appliance
automatically deactivates
one or more of them. Only
the indicators of the still
active options are on.

If an option is not applicable
to a programme, the related
indicator is off or it flashes
quickly for a few seconds
and then goes out.

Activating options can affect
the water and energy
consumption as well as the
programme duration.

7.1 XtraDry

Activate this option to boost the drying
performance. With XtraDry on, the
duration of some programmes, water
consumption and the last rinse
temperature can be affected.

XtraDry is a permanent option for all
programmes other than and need

not to be selected at every cycle.

In the other programmes the setting of
XtraDry is permanent and it is
automatically used in next cycles. This
configuration can be changed at any
time.

Every time is
activated, XtraDry is off and
needs to be chosen
manually.

Activating XtraDry deactivates
TimeSaver and vice versa.

How to activate XtraDry

Press Option until the indicator is on.

The display shows the updated
programme duration.

8. BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Make sure that the current level of
the water softener agrees with the
hardness of the water supply. If
not, adjust the level of the water
softener.

2. Fill the salt container.

3. Fill the rinse aid dispenser.

4. Open the water tap.

5. Start a programme to remove any
processing residuals that can still be
inside the appliance. Do not use
detergent and do not put dishes in
the baskets.

After starting the programme, the
appliance recharges the resin in the
water softener for up to 5 minutes. The
washing phase starts only after this
procedure is complete. The procedure is
repeated periodically.

8.1 The salt container

CAUTION!

Use rough salt designed for
dishwashers only. Fine salt
increases the risk of
corrosion.

7.2 TimeSaver

This option increases the pressure and
the temperature of the water. The
washing and the drying phases are
shorter.

The total programme duration decreases
by approximately 50%.

The washing results are the same as
with the normal programme duration. The
drying results can decrease.

How to activate TimeSaver

Press Option until the indicator is on.

The display shows the updated
programme duration.

How to fill the salt container

1. Turn the cap of the salt container
counterclockwise and remove it.

2. Put 1 litre of water in the salt
container (only for the first time).

3. Fill the salt container with 1 kg of salt
(until it is full).

4. Carefully shake the funnel by its
handle to get the last granules inside.

5. Remove the salt around the opening
of the salt container.

The salt is used to recharge the resin in
the water softener and to assure good
washing results in daily use.

6. Turn the cap of the salt container
clockwise to close the salt container.

CAUTION!

Water and salt can come out
of the salt container when
you fill it. After you fill the
salt container, immediately
start a programme to
prevent corrosion.

8.2 How to fill the rinse aid

dispenser

9. DAILY USE

1. Open the water tap.

2. Press the on/off button to activate the
appliance.

Make sure that the appliance is in
programme selection mode.

• If the salt indicator is on, fill the

salt container.

• If the rinse aid indicator is on, fill

the rinse aid dispenser.

3. Load the baskets.

4. Add the detergent.

5. Set and start the correct programme
for the type of load and the degree of
soil.

CAUTION!

Only use rinse aid designed
specifically for dishwashers.

1. Press the release button (D) to open
the lid (C).

2. Fill the dispenser (A) until the rinse
aid reaches the marking ''MAX''.

3. Remove the spilled rinse aid with an
absorbent cloth to prevent excessive
foam formation.

4. Close the lid. Make sure that the
release button locks into position.

You can turn the selector of
the released quantity (B)
between position 1 (lowest
quantity) and position 4 or 6
(highest quantity).

9.1 Using the detergent

CAUTION!

Only use detergent
specifically designed for
dishwashers.

1. Press the release button (B) to open
the lid (C).

2. Put the detergent, in powder or
tablets, in the compartment (A).

3. If the programme has a prewash
phase, put a small quantity of
detergent on the inner part of the
appliance door.

4. Close the lid. Make sure that the
release button locks into position.

9.2 Setting and starting a

programme

The Auto Off function

This function decreases energy
consumption by deactivating
automatically the appliance when it is not
operating.

The function comes into operation:

• 5 minutes after the programme is

complete.

• After 5 minutes if a programme was

not started.

Starting a programme

1. Press the on/off button to activate the
appliance. Make sure that the
appliance is in programme selection
mode and the door is closed.

2. Press Program again and again until
the indicator of the desired
programme is on.

The display shows the programme
duration.

3. Set the applicable options.

4. Press Start to start the programme.

• The indicator of the running phase

is on.

• The programme duration starts to

decrease with steps of 1 minute.

Starting a programme with delay start

1. Set a programme.

2. Press Delay repeatedly until the
display shows the desired delay time
(from 1 to 24 hours).

3. Press Start to begin the countdown.

• The indicator is on.

• The remaining time counts down

in hours. The final hour is

displayed in minutes.
When the countdown is completed, the
programme starts and the indicator of the

running phase is on. The indicator is
off.

Opening the door while the appliance operates

Opening the door while a programme is
running stops the appliance. It may affect
the energy consumption and the
programme duration. After closing the
door, the appliance continues from the
point of interruption.

If the door is opened for
more than 30 seconds
during the drying phase, the
running programme ends. It
does not happen if the door
is opened by AirDry function.

Do not try to close the
appliance door within 2
minutes after AirDry
automatically opens it as this
may cause damage to the
appliance.
If, afterwards, the door is
closed for at least 3 minutes,
the running programme
ends.

Cancelling the delay start while the countdown operates

When you cancel the delay start you
have to set the programme and options
again.

Press simultaneously Delay and Option
until the appliance is in programme
selection mode.

Cancelling the programme

Press and hold simultaneously Delay
and Option until the appliance is in
programme selection mode.

Make sure that there is detergent in the
detergent dispenser before you start a
new programme.

End of the programme

All buttons are inactive except for the
on/off button.

1. Press the on/off button or wait for the
Auto Off function to automatically
deactivate the appliance.

10. HINTS AND TIPS

10.1 General

Follow the hints below to ensure optimal
cleaning and drying results in daily use
and to protect the environment.

• Washing dishes in the dishwasher as

instructed in the user manual usually
consumes less water and energy than
washing dishes by hand.

• Load the dishwasher to its full

capacity to save water and energy.
For best cleaning results, arrange
items in the baskets as instructed in
the user manual and do not overload
the baskets.

• Do not pre-rinse dishes by hand. It

increases the water and energy
consumption. When needed, select a
programme with a prewash phase.

• Remove larger residues of food from

the dishes and empty cups and
glasses before putting them inside the
appliance.

• Soak or slightly scour cookware with

firmly cooked-on or baked-on food
before washing it in the appliance.

• Make sure that items in the baskets

do not touch or cover each other.
Only then can the water completely
reach and wash the dishes.

• You can use dishwasher detergent,

rinse aid and salt separately or you
can use the multi-tablets (e.g. ''All in
1''). Follow the instructions on the
packaging.

• Select a programme according to the

type of load and the degree of soil.

• To prevent limescale buildup inside

the appliance:

– Refill the salt container whenever

necessary.

– Use the recommended dosage of

the detergent and rinse aid.

If you open the door before the
activation of Auto Off, the appliance
is automatically deactivated.

the water softener agrees with the
hardness of the water supply.

– Follow the instructions in the

chapter "Care and cleaning".

10.2 Using salt, rinse aid and detergent

• Only use salt, rinse aid and detergent
for dishwasher. Other products can
cause damage to the appliance.

• In areas with hard and very hard
water we recommend to use plain
dishwasher detergent (powder, gel,
tablets containing no additional
agents), rinse aid and salt separately
for optimal cleaning and drying
results.

• At least once a month run the
appliance with the use of appliance
cleaner which is particularly suitable
for this purpose.

• Detergent tablets do not fully dissolve
with short programmes. To prevent
detergent residues on the tableware,
we recommend that you use the
tablets with long programmes.

• Always use the correct quantity of
detergent. Insufficient dosage of
detergent can result in poor cleaning
results and hard-water filming or
spotting on the items. Using too much
detergent with soft or softened water
results in detergent residues on the
dishes. Adjust the amount of
detergent based on the water
hardness. Refer to the instructions on
the detergent packaging.

• Always use the correct quantity of
rinse aid. Insufficient dosage of rinse
aid decreases the drying results.
Using too much rinse aid results in
bluish layers on the items.

• Make sure that the water softener
level is correct. If the level is too high,
the increased quantity of salt in the
water might result in rust on cutlery.

10.3 What to do if you want to

stop using multi-tablets

Before you start to use separately
detergent, salt and rinse aid do the
following procedure.

1. Set the highest level of the water

softener.

2. Make sure that the salt and rinse aid

containers are full.

3. Start the shortest programme with a

rinsing phase. Do not add detergent
and do not load the baskets.

4. When the programme is completed,

adjust the water softener according
to the water hardness in your area.

5. Adjust the released quantity of rinse

aid.

6. Activate the rinse aid empty

notification.

10.4 Loading the baskets

• Always use the whole space of the
baskets.

• Only use the appliance to wash items
that are dishwasher-safe.

• Do not wash in the appliance items
made of wood, horn, aluminium,
pewter and copper as they could
crack, warp, get discoloured or pitted.

• Do not wash in the appliance items
that can absorb water (sponges,
household cloths).

• Remove remaining food from the
items.

• Make soft the remaining burned food
on the items.

• Put hollow items (cups, glasses and
pans) with the opening down.

• Make sure that cutlery and dishes do
not bond together. Mix spoons with
other cutlery.

• Make sure that glasses do not touch
other glasses.

• Put small items in the cutlery basket.

• Put light items in the upper basket.
Make sure that the items do not
move.

• Make sure that the spray arm can
move freely before you start a
programme.

10.5 Before starting a

programme

Before you start the selected
programme, make sure that:

• The filters are clean and correctly
installed.

• The cap of the salt container is tight.

• The spray arms are not clogged.

• There is enough salt and rinse aid
(unless you use multi-tablets).

• The arrangement of the items in the
baskets is correct.

• The programme is suitable to the type
of load and the degree of soil.

• The correct quantity of detergent is
used.

10.6 Unloading the baskets

1. Let the tableware cool down before

you remove it from the appliance. Hot
items can be easily damaged.

2. First remove items from the lower

basket, then from the upper basket.

After the programme is
completed, water can still
remain on the inside
surfaces of the appliance.

11.1 Cleaning the filters

The filter system is made of 3 parts.

1. Turn the filter (B) counterclockwise

and remove it.

5. Make sure that there are no residues
of food or soil in or around the edge
of the sump.

6. Put back in place the flat filter (A).
Make sure that it is correctly
positioned under the 2 guides.

7. Reassemble the filters (B) and (C).

8. Put back the filter (B) in the flat filter
(A). Turn it clockwise until it locks.

2. Remove the filter (C) out of filter (B).

3. Remove the flat filter (A).

4. Wash the filters.

11.2 Cleaning the spray arms

Do not remove the spray arms. If the
holes in the spray arms are clogged,
remove remaining parts of soil with a thin
pointed object.

11.3 External cleaning

• Clean the appliance with a moist soft
cloth.

• Only use neutral detergents.

• Do not use abrasive products,
abrasive cleaning pads or solvents.

11.4 Internal cleaning

• Carefully clean the appliance,
including the rubber gasket of the
door, with a soft damp cloth.

• If you regularly use short duration
programmes, these can leave
deposits of grease and limescale
inside the appliance. To prevent this,
we recommend to run long duration
programmes at least 2 times per
month.

1.1 Seguridad de niños y personas vulnerables

• Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños de 8 años

en adelante y personas cuyas capacidades físicas,
sensoriales o mentales estén disminuidas o que

1.2 Seguridad general

• Este aparato está concebido para utilizarse en

Este programa ofrece el uso más eficaz en cuanto al consumo de agua y energía para vajillas y cu‐
biertos con suciedad normal. Este es el programa estándar para institutos de pruebas. Este programa se
utiliza para evaluar el cumplimiento del Reglamento de la Comisión sobre ecodiseño (UE) 2019/2022.

El aparato detecta el tipo de suciedad y la cantidad de objetos que hay en los cestos. Ajusta automáti‐
camente la temperatura y la cantidad del agua, el consumo de energía y la duración del programa.

6. AJUSTES

6.1 Modo de selección de programa y modo de usuario

Cuando el aparato está en el modo de
selección de programa, es posible
ajustar un programa y pasar al modo de
usuario.

Ajustes disponibles en el modo de
usuario:

• El nivel del descalcificador de agua
según la dureza de la misma.

• La activación o desactivación de la
notificación de abrillantador vacío.

• La activación o desactivación de
AirDry.

Como los ajustes se guardan en el
aparato, no es necesario
configurarlos antes de cada ciclo.

Proceso de regeneración

Para el correcto funcionamiento del
descalcificador de agua, la resina del
dispositivo debe regenerarse
regularmente. Este proceso es
automático y forma parte del
funcionamiento normal del lavavajillas.

Cuando la cantidad de agua prescrita
(véanse los valores del cuadro) se ha
utilizado desde el proceso de
regeneración anterior, se iniciará un
nuevo proceso de regeneración entre el
aclarado final y el final del programa.

En el caso del ajuste alto del
descalcificador de agua, puede ocurrir
también en la mitad del programa, antes
del enjuague (dos veces durante un
programa). El inicio de la regeneración
no tiene ningún impacto en la duración
del ciclo, a menos que ocurra a mitad de
un programa o al final de un programa
con una breve fase de secado. En ese
caso, la regeneración prolonga la
duración total de un programa en 5
minutos adicionales.

Posteriormente, el enjuague del
descalcificador de agua que dura 5
minutos puede comenzar en el mismo
ciclo o al principio del siguiente
programa. Esta actividad aumenta el
consumo total de agua de un programa
en 4 litros adicionales y el consumo total
de energía de un programa en 2 Wh
adicionales. El aclarado del
descalcificador termina con un drenaje
completo.

Cada aclarado del descalcificador
realizado (es posible que haya más de
uno en el mismo ciclo) puede prolongar
la duración del programa en otros 5
minutos cuando se produzca en
cualquier punto del comienzo o en la
mitad de un programa.

6.3 La notificación de

solicitar que se rellene. Si el resultado de
secado es satisfactorio usando solo

aviso para rellenar el abrillantador. Sin
embargo, para obtener el mejor secado,
utilice siempre abrillantador.

La opción XtraDry es permanente para

8. ANTES DEL PRIMER USO

La fase de lavado empieza solo después
de que termine este proceso. El proceso

8.1 El depósito de sal

PRECAUCIÓN!

Utilice solo sal gruesa
diseñada para lavavajillas.
La sal fina aumenta el riesgo
de corrosión.

La sal se utiliza para recargar la resina
del descalcificador y asegurar un buen
resultado de lavado en el uso diario.

Llenado del depósito de sal

1. Gire la tapa del depósito de sal hacia

la izquierda y retírela.

2. Vierta 1 litro de agua en el depósito

de sal (solo la primera vez).

3. Llene el depósito de sal con 1 kg de

sal (hasta que esté lleno).

6. Gire la tapa del depósito de sal hacia
la derecha para cerrar el depósito de
sal.

PRECAUCIÓN!

El agua y la sal pueden
salirse del depósito de sal
cuando lo llena. Después de
llenar el depósito de sal,
inicie inmediatamente un
programa para evitar la
corrosión.

8.2 Cómo llenar el

dosificador de abrillantador

Utilice exclusivamente
abrillantador diseñado
específicamente para
lavavajillas.

el asa para hacer que entren los
últimos granos.

5. Elimine los restos de sal que puedan

La función Auto Off

Esta función reduce el consumo de
energía desactivando automáticamente
el aparato cuando no se utiliza.

La función se pone en marcha:

• 5 minutos después de que el
programa se complete.

• Tras 5 minutos si el programa no se
ha iniciado.

30 segundos durante la fase
de secado, el programa en
funcionamiento se termina.
Esto no sucede si la puerta

10. CONSEJOS

10.1 General

Siga estos consejos para obtener un
resultado de limpieza de secado óptimo
en el uso diario y proteger el medio
ambiente.

• Lavar los platos en el lavavajillas
como se indica en el manual de
instrucciones suele consumir menos
agua y energía que lavar los platos a
mano.

• Cargue el lavavajillas a su máxima
capacidad para ahorrar agua y
energía. Para obtener los mejores
resultados de limpieza, coloque los
artículos en las cestas como se indica
en el manual de usuario y no
sobrecargue los cestos.

• No enjuague los platos a mano.
Aumenta el consumo de agua y
energía. Cuando sea necesario,
seleccione un programa con fase de
prelavado.

• Quite los residuos más grandes de
comida de los platos y vacíe las tazas
y vasos antes de ponerlos dentro del
aparato.

• Remoje o frote ligeramente los
utensilios de cocina con restos de
comida cocinada u horneada pegada
antes de lavarlos en el aparato.

• Asegúrese de que los objetos de los
cestos no se tocan entre sí ni se
cubren unos a otros. Solo entonces el
agua puede llegar a todos los platos y
lavarlos completamente.

10.2 Utilización de sal,

• Utilice únicamente sal, abrillantador y
detergente para el lavavajillas. El
aparato podría dañarse con otros
productos.

• En las zonas con agua dura y muy
dura, se recomienda usar solo
detergente para lavavajillas (polvo,
gel, pastillas que no contengan
agentes adicionales), abrillantador y
sal por separado para unos
resultados de limpieza y secado
óptimos.

• Al menos una vez al mes, realice un
ciclo con un limpiador de aparatos
domésticos, especialmente
apropiados para este fin.

• Las pastillas de detergente no se
disuelven completamente con
programas cortos. Para evitar restos
de detergente en la vajilla, se
recomienda usar pastillas de
detergente con los programas largos.

• Utilice siempre la cantidad correcta de
detergente. Una dosis insuficiente de
detergente puede dar lugar a
resultados de limpieza deficientes y a
películas o manchas de agua dura en
los artículos. El uso de demasiado
detergente con agua blanda o
descalificada produce residuos de
detergente en los platos. Ajuste la
cantidad de detergente en función de

la dureza del agua. Consulte las
instrucciones del envase del
detergente.

• Use siempre la cantidad correcta de
abrillantador. Una dosis insuficiente
de abrillantador disminuye los
resultados del secado. Usar
demasiado abrillantador produce
capas azuladas.

• Asegúrese de que el nivel del
descalcificador de agua es correcto.
Si el nivel es demasiado alto, el
aumento de la cantidad de sal en el
agua podría oxidar los cubiertos.

10.3 Qué hacer si desea dejar

de usar pastillas múltiples

Antes de volver a utilizar por separado
detergente, sal y abrillantador, realice el
procedimiento siguiente.

1. Ajuste el nivel más alto de

descalcificador.

2. Asegúrese de llenar el depósito de

sal y abrillantador.

3. Inicie el programa más corto con una

fase de aclarado. No añada
detergente ni cargue los cestos.

4. Cuando termine el programa, ajuste

el descalcificador según la dureza
del agua de su zona.

5. Ajuste la cantidad de abrillantador.

6. Active la notificación de abrillantador

vacío.

10.4 Carga de los cestos

• Aproveche siempre todo el espacio
de los cestos.

• Utilice el aparato exclusivamente para
lavar utensilios aptos para
lavavajillas.

• No lave en el aparato artículos de
madera, cuerno, aluminio, peltre y
cobre, ya que podrían agrietarse,
deformarse, decolorarse o picarse.

• No lave en el aparato objetos que
puedan absorber agua (esponjas,
paños de limpieza, etc.).

• Elimine los restos de comida de los
platos.

• Ablande los restos de comida
adheridos a la vajilla.

• Coloque los objetos huecos (por
ejemplo, tazas, vasos, cazuelas) boca
abajo.

• Asegúrese de que los cubiertos y los
platos no se adhieran entre sí. Mezcle
las cucharas con otros cubiertos.

chocan entre sí.

• Coloque los objetos pequeños en el
cesto de cubiertos.

• Coloque los objetos ligeros en el

• Limpie el aparato con un paño suave
humedecido.

• Utilice solo detergentes neutros.

• No utilice productos abrasivos,
estropajos duros ni disolventes.

11.4 Limpieza del interior

• Limpie cuidadosamente el aparato,
incluida la junta de goma de la puerta,
con un paño húmedo.

• Si normalmente utiliza programas de
corta duración, estos pueden dejar
depósitos de grasa y sarro en el
interior del aparato. Para evitarlo, se
recomienda utilizar programas de
larga duración al menos dos veces al
mes.

• Para mantener el funcionamiento
óptimo del aparato, se recomienda
utilizar un producto específico de
limpieza mensual para lavavajillas.

12.1 Los resultados del lavado y el secado no son satisfactorios

Malos resultados de secado. • Se ha dejado la vajilla demasiado tiempo dentro del

aparato cerrado.

• No hay abrillantador o la dosificación del abrillantador
es insuficiente. Ajuste el dosificador de abrillantador
en un nivel más alto.

• Los objetos de plástico deben secarse con un paño.

• Para obtener el mejor rendimiento de secado, active la
opción XtraDry y ajuste AirDry.

• Recomendamos que siempre utilice abrillantador, in‐
cluso en combinación con tabletas múltiples.

• El nivel de sal es bajo, consulte el indicador de relle‐
nado.

• La tapa del depósito de sal está suelta.

• El agua del grifo es dura. Consulte "El descalcifica‐
dor de agua".

• Aunque emplee pastillas múltiples, use sal y ajuste la
regeneración del descalcificador de agua. Consulte
"El descalcificador de agua".

• Si sigue habiendo depósitos de cal, utilice limpiadores
para aparatos domésticos, que son especialmente
apropiados para este fin.

• Pruebe con otro detergente.

• Contacte con el fabricante del detergente.

• Asegúrese de lavar en el aparato únicamente objetos
aptos para lavavajillas.

• Cargue y descargue con cuidado el cesto. Consulte el
folleto sobre carga del cesto.
