Step 1. Battery Charging
Step 1.1 First time to use: Please make sure that rechargeable battery is completely charged
Step 1.2 Charging: When battery volume is low and the red LED start flashing , please charge device
until the orange LED is extinguish.
Step 2 SIM Card Installations
Step 2.1 By Icon open the battery cover
Step 2.2 By Icon insert SIM card(the SIM Card with its metal contact face down)

Step 3 Battery Installations
Step 3.1 By Icon put in the battery
Step 3.2 By Icon close the battery cover
3. Activation
Step 3.1 Turns the TD300 on, press power key until its LED flashing.

CE Marking
This device has been tested to and conforms to the regulatory requirements of the European Union and
has attained CE Marking. The CE Mark is a conformity marking consisting of the letters “CE”. The CE Mark
applies to products regulated by certain European health, safety and environmental protection legislation.

allowed to sell his product in the European market.
This product conforms to the essential requirements of the R&TTE directive 1999/5/EC in order to attain
CE Marking. A notified body has determined that this device has properly demonstrated that the
requirements of the directive have been met and has issued a favorable certificate of expert opinion. As
such the device will bear the notified body number 0560 after the CE mark
