REQUIRED MODIFICATIONS:

1. 2" body lift.

2. Small rib on front differential must be ground and oil pan modifications if not using a suspension lift.

3. Driveline modifications required.

4. Floor board modifications around shifter approximately 1-1/2" to 2".

The GM rubber mount supplied in this kit may
be a tight fit between the tabs on our mount. If
so slightly squeeze the two tabs on the GM
mount closer together for a proper fit to the
Advance Adapters mount. These GM mounts
supplied sometimes vary in widths from the
manufacture.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:

These mounts must be used on Toyota 4WD trucks that were originally equipped with a Toyota V6 and IFS
suspension. These mounts are designed for use with the stock 5 speed, TH350, and 700R4 transmissions.

1. When using our oil pan, the front differential must be ground as shown in Photo #1.

2. Install the stock GM mounts to the engine.

3. Install the left & right motor mounts loosely to the frame perches as shown in Photos #2 & 3.

4. The distributor must be installed before installing the engine.

5. Install the crossmember mount with spacers. Leave loose so that the transfer case can move into the correct
position once the engine and transmission are bolted together.

6. Modify floorboard as shown in Photo #5.

manual pertaining to your vehicle be obtained for specific torque values, wiring diagrams and other related equipment. These manuals are normally available at automotive dealerships
and parts stores.
