"*" MUST BE ASSEMBLED IN HOUSE. RTV blue silicon must be used between adapters, and

Loctite on the 7/16" stud bolts and nuts. See MP or TU before shipping.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

This kit is designed to be used with an Dana 300. The GM NP203 transfer case is chain-driven and was used from the
early 1970s through 1979. The NP203 transfer case can be identified by a cast iron case, and the inspection cover in the
low gear box housing. This kit is designed to use the front half of the NP203 transfer case, which houses the low gear
set. RTV blue silicone or gasket eliminator must be used between mating surfaces.

This kit works with a TH350, 700R-4, TH400 or SM465. Transfer case linkage, crossmember, and floorboard
modifications are necessary. We have also included a brass elbow that goes in the top of the new adapter plate. The vent
supplied will need to be mounted to the firewall along with an additional 3/8" hose.

This kit will only fit the Dana 300 with a twin stick shifter installed. The inner pivot ear of the stock Dana 300 shifter
must be modified.

DO NOT FORCE THE NEW ADAPTER PLATE ONTO THE TRANSFER CASE OR THE NP203 GEAR BOX. If

replaces the existing NP203 shaft in the low gear box.
