INSTALLATION NOTES:

This kit is designed to fit the Dodge Heavy Duty NV4500 transmission.

Note: We have included the shifter linkage bracket in kit #712584, that is most common. Part No. 715536 may

need to be substituted with Part No. 715540 if you have a 1992-94 vehicle with a gated type shifter.

This is a parts pull sheet. Refer to the instruction sheet on each kit for proper installation.
