FRONT PANEL CONTROLS
BOUTON STANDBY/ON
Appuyez sur ce bouton pour mettre en marche votre appareil (éclairage bleu de votre
bouton après sa temporisation). La mise en marche de votre appareil ne peut se faire que
si le bouton Marche/Arrêt général situé sur la face arrière est en position ON. En mode
STANDBY, l’alimentation principale est coupée à l’exception du micro-contrôleur servant à
activer l’état de veille de l’appareil. Le bouton est allumé en rouge.
STANDBY/ON POWER BUTTON
Press this button to turn ON your appliance, power is supplied to your unit and it becomes
operational, the STANDBY indicator blue lights after few seconds. (The main power switch
is located on the back panel and must be ON in order to use STANDBY function).
When set to STANDBY the main power is cut-off and the unit is no longer fully operational
except for the micro controller. The standby indicator red lights during standby.

BOUTON MULTIFONCTIONS: PLAY/PAUSE/CLOSE
Appuyez sur ce bouton pour fermer le tiroir du CD et engager la lecture du disc. Lorsque
le cd est en mode lecture, en appuyant à nouveau sur ce bouton, votre lecteur se met en
pause, la lecture du disque est interrompue jusqu’à ce que l’on appuie à nouveau sur
cette touche afin de réactiver le mode lecture.
MULTI FUNCTION BUTTON: PLAY/PAUSE/CLOSE
Press this button to close the tray and play the disc. If you push this button when your cd
is playing, you will interrupt the track, if you push again, then your cd will play.
POINTES DE DÉCOUPLAGE
Votre amplificateur est équipé de pointes de découplage, il est livré avec des coupelles
antidérapantes. A installer comme indiqué sur la photo.
ISOLATING SPIKES
Your amplifier used spike-feet, you need to use them with non-skid cupels included.
ENTRÉES ANALOGIQUES SYMÉTRIQUES ET ASYMÉTRIQUES
Votre lecteur de CD est équipé de deux sorties stéréophoniques, l’une sur connecteurs de
type XLR pour la sortie droite symétrique (BAL.R) et la sortie gauche symétrique (BAL.L)
et de deux prises de type cinch gauche (L blanc) et droit (R rouge) pour les sorties stéréos asymétriques. En fonction des entrées disponibles sur votre amplificateur, vous pouvez utiliser l’une ou l’autre.
La sortie stéréo symétrique permet l’utilisation d’une longueur de cable importante en
réduisant la détèrioration du signal.
BALANCED AND UNBALANCED STEREO OUTPUTS
Your CD player use balanced stereo ouputs, BAL.R for the right channel and BAL.L for
the left channel or unbalanced stereo outputs (RCA type), R for right channel (red) and L
for left channel (white).
If you have those inputs available on your amplifier, please choose only one type (balanced or unbalanced).
In order to limit signal deterioration, specially if the lenght between amplifier and cd player
is important, we recommand to use balanced inputs/outputs.

SORTIE AES/EBU
La norme AES/EBU définit la méthode de transfert pour l’audio numérique professionnelle. Cette norme a vu le jour dans les années 80 (AES3-1985, AES3-1992). Elle est survenue suite à la collaboration entre l'Audio Engineering Society (AES) et de l'European
Boadcasting Union (EBU) permettant un échantillonnage de 32, 44,1 et 48 kHz en 16 bits
de quantification qui a évolué par la suite jusque 96 et 192 kHz en 20 et 24bits. Les
signaux à la norme AES/EBU sont transmis par câbles XLR - dont
l’impédance fait 110 ohms - qui permettent le transport du signal symétrique sur des grandes longueurs. Cette norme est aussi appelé AES3.
AES/EBU OUTPUT
The digital audio standard frequently called AES/EBU, officially known as AES3, is used
for carrying digital audio signals between various devices. It was developed by the Audio
Engineering Society (AES) and the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and first published in 1989 (Watkinson, 1989), later revised in 1995, 1998, and 2003. AES3 uses 110
ohm shielded twisted pair (STP) cable with XLR connectors up to a distance of 100
meters. If your DA converter has this type of plug, then you can use it with your MCD-204
cd player for better results.
FUSIBLES
Si vous devez changer le fusible de votre appareil, vous devez impérativement le remplacer par un modèle identique de même ampérage et voltage. (500mV/250V) pour une utilsation 220-240V.
Dans le cas où vous souhaitez utiliser votre appareil en 115V, commuter le sélecteur 7 sur
115V et remplacer par un modèle de double ampérage le fusible (1A/250V) pour une utilisation 115-130V
Toutes manipulations doivent se faire appareil éteint et débranché.
FUSES
If you want to replace a defective fuse, replace it with same type fuse (500mA/250V) for
use 220-240V.
If you want to use your appliance in 115V, please switch the input voltage selector to 115V
and replace fuse by an 1A/250V.
Your appliance must be switch off and the appliance must be disconnect to the wall outlet.
