Operation
Operation of the unit is controlled through the menu. Open
the menu using the Menu button on the remote or control
panel.
If no picture appears, push the TV/AV/PC buttom on the
remote or control panel to cycle through the different
available input sources.
NOTE: Using the power buttons on the remote or control
panel turns off the video screen only. The unit will continue
to play until it is unplugged.
Volume
To adjust the volume using the remote control, press the
left or right buttons.
IMPORTANT - When recording content to a
memory card for playback on DM8, a folder
must first be created and named “Loop” - all
play files must be placed within this folder.
WARNINGS - Unplug unit BEFORE inserting or removing
a memory card or USB device! Failure to do so may
result in damage to the card and/or DM8 unit.
Improper insertion of a Compact Flash card will damage
the pins inside the card reader!
Compact Flash cards have grooves on opposite sides
of the card - one thick and one thin. Make sure the
card is oriented the correct way when inserting.
Also, be sure to insert the card
“long” side first.
