BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The 5802AP is powered by a long-life lithium battery that should be replaced when a low battery is indicated by the control unit. NOTE: Although the 5802AP is water-resistant, please do not submerge.
PROGRAMMING
The 5802AP has a unique serial number permanently assigned during manufacture, which must be enrolled in the system during installation. The 5802AP can be programmed as “supervised” or “unsupervised,” but should be programmed as “unsupervised” if it will be removed from the premises. See the control unit’s installation instructions for further details regarding programming.
