Cable Connections:
1. A SATA power & data Y-cable is provided with the 2.5”
Snap-in SP. Connect this cable to the SATA connection
at the back of the bay.
2. The SATA power & data Y-cable has a third connector.
Attached this connector to the power and drive activity
LED connector as labeled above.
If this connector is not connected, the power & drive
activity LEDs located on the front of the 2.5” Snap-in SP
will not function.
3. Connect the SATA data cable to a SATA port on your
system.

2.5” Snap-in SP installation:
1. Slide the 2.5” Snap-in SP into 3.5” drive bay.
2. Secure the 2.5” Snap-in SP by screwing it onto the 3.5”
drive bay.
