Note:
The USB3.0 to eSATAp adapter is compatible to hardware

port multipliers where the hard drives are configured as a
single raid volume.

If you intend to connect a port multiplier with multiple hard
drives to the USB3.0 to eSATAp adapter and want the
system to detect multiple individual drives, this configuration
will NOT work.
