Fan- Jet
Air Distribution System
The unique Fan-Jet® is a special tube pressurizing fan with
curved stationary discharge vanes (stator vanes) that recover
the rotational energy of discharging air to increase performance
capacity and efciency.

Direct drive models are capable of variable speed control.
BELT DRIVE MODELS - RC 24, 30
Belt drive models feature no-service sealed fan shaft ball bearings captured in a unique casing to maintain proper
alignment and spacing.
BUILT TOUGH: The steel model RC is available in 12”, 18”, 24” and 30” sizes and is rust protected with a metal wash
process and a baked-on nish. Aluminum model RCA is produced from heavy gauge aluminum.
HIGH PERFORMANCE PROPELLERS:
The propellers are matched to the size, performance and construction of the Fan-Jet®. RC fan propellers are welded steel
with a baked on nish. RCA fan propellers are welded heavy gauge aluminum.
ENERGY EFFICIENT:
All motors are totally enclosed, high efciency design with shielded ball bearings and include thermal overload protection on
single phase models.

Polyethylene Tubing
All tubes are engineered for uniform distribution and
proper mixing of air to produce the best aerodynamic
effect in greenhouse structures.
• Furnished in clear 4 mil thick, UV stabilized
polyethylene material.

Wire support kits, available in 50’, 100’, 150’, 200’, 300’, 350’ and
400’ lengths, include six strand 10 gauge wire, turnbuckle and 2
securing clips.
*CAUTION! This tubing, for use in greenhouses, does not contain
re retardants. Due care should be taken during installation and
operation to keep away from open ame.

• Each tube is custom punched to match the
selected Fan-Jet® Unit with each specic house.
Since tubes are custom punched, orders already
processed or shipped cannot be canceled or
returned for credit.
Weather hoods are available to protect the shutter inlets
from rain and snow. Use the RH with the Fan-Jet®
conguration and the RCH with the inlet conguration.
