INSTRUCTIONS
This heater uses the 230V Euro plug (See Fig.
1), other plug options available upon request
with minimum order.
Wrap the heater around the cylinder. Using the
extra long Velcro straps, secure the heater to
the cylinder with the printed side out. It is
important that the heater fits tightly. Check to
make sure that the area behind the thermostat
which is molded near the edge of the heater is
making good contact with the surface of the
cylinder. The heater should be positioned near
the bottom of the cylinder to be most efficient.
After positioning the heater on the cylinder,
approximately 460C (1150F) and it will continue
to cycle on/off under the thermostatic control to
maintain the cylinder surface temperature at
0
C (1150F) to 550C (1300F).

DO NOT use the heater unattended. NEVER use
the heater in wet conditions or outdoors. DO
NOT attempt to take the heater apart or make
any modifrcations. The heater is engineered for
maximum performance and reliability. ALWAYS
inspect the cordset before each use to check for
loose or frayed wires and connections.
