Directions:

Shake well before using. Solder mask can be applied
by hand with a spatula or with the supplied squeeze
bottle. Thickness should be between 10 mils. Cover
pre-tinned sections and through-holes evenly.

Mask will be tack-free and completely cured in one
hour at 160°F or three hours in ambient temperatures.
High humidity environments may extend cure time.

Mighty Mask is easily removed by hand or with
tweezers. Leaves no residue.

For industrial use only. Do not freeze. Read SDS
carefully prior to use.

Compatibility:

ACL Mighty Mask is generally compatible with most
materials used in the electronics industr y and PCB
manufacturing. As with any solder masking agent,
compatibility with the substrate must be tested on
a non-critical area prior to use.

Mighty Mask

Peelable solder masking agent

ACL Mighty Mask is a fast-curing, temporary masking agent
designed for a variety of electronics manufacturing applications. It
safeguards component-free areas on printed circuit boards during
soldering and on components during conformal coating processes.

A special heat-resistant compound is added to the latex to provide
short-term, high-temperature protection which makes it ideal for
temperature-sensitive components in hand and wave soldering.
In some environments, Mighty Mask’s swift cure time allows for
usable, tack-free mask in one hour at 160°F or three hours in
ambient temperatures.

This plastic-safe, peelable solder mask removes easily by hand or
with tweezers without leaving contaminating or corrosive residues.
It is compatible with all cleaning solvents and flux types.

Ideal for the following applications:

• Component-free areas for wave soldering

• Pin connectors during soldering

• Temperature-sensitive components during wave soldering

• Board areas from conformal coating
