Mu s ic Volume A u t o Levelin g - W hen you pla y a udio tra c k s, some song s a r e louder tha n
ot h e rs even tho u g h the volum e o f your syste m r e mains the sa m e . When you tu r n o n the
"M u s ic Vo l ume Auto Le v eling" func t i on, the KM-3 6 0 M ixer will a u t omatical l y a djust you r
mu s i c to one of the si x p r eset volu m e l evel. If yo u r music leve l i s too low, t he KM-360 wi l l
bo o s t the audio si g n al, and if the mu s i c is too loud, i t w i ll decreas e t h e music vol u m e back
to y o ur pre-set v o lume leve l . T his functi o n w ill elimina t e l ots unnece s s ary adjustm e n t for
KJ s .
Di g ital Effe c t Processo r - T he KM-360 ha s a p o werful bui l t-in Re verb and Ech o E f fects
th a t c an drama t i cally incr e a se the qualit y o f your perf o r mance. A "re v erb" is crea t e d when
a so u n d is produce d i n a n enclosed s p a ce causing a la r g e number of ec h o es to build up a n d
th e n s lowly deca y. Rev e rb is most not i c eable when th e s o und source s t o ps but the
re f l ections co n t i nue, decre a s ing in ampli t u de, until the y c an no longer be h e ard. The KM36 0 e n ables you t o a d just the rev e rb time, rev e rb level, e c h o repeat and e c h o delay to
op t i mize your s o und effects .
5- B and Music a n d M icropho n e Equaliz e r (EQ) - The KM- 3 6 0 has two inde p e ndent 5
ba n d e qualizer s f o r the music an d m i crophone v o lume. Usin g a p o werful EQ, i t can
co m p ensate for y o ur music or si n g er's shortc o m ings or when y o u would like t o a dd more
tr e b le or bass to yo u r performa n c e. For mu s i c, the 5 band fr e q uencies ar e a t 1 00Hz,
33 0 H z, 1000Hz, 3 . 3 k Hz and 10 kHz. For the micr o p hone, the fr e q uency band s a r e at
10 0 H z, 300Hz, 90 0 H z, 2.7 kHz and 8 k H z. You can fine tu n e e ach freque n c y to your des i r ed
le v el.

co n f igure the mi x er using one o f t h e many typ e s o f settings f r o m 2.0 (L+R), 3 . 0 ( L+C+R),
2. 1 ( L +R+S), 3.1 ( L + C+R+S) and 5. 1 ( L +C+R+SR+ S L +S). Using on e o f t he many

Mi c rophone N o ise Gate - Thi s p o werful aut o - mute funct i o n enables yo u r mixer to
au t o maticall y t u rn off the mic r o p hone when it i s n o t in-use. Th e p o werful noi s e g ate
fu n c tion allow s a m i crophone si g n al to pass thr o u gh only when i t i s a bove the p r e set
th r e shold va l u e from 1 to 40. Th e m i xer util i z es an adva n ced fading t e c hnique to cut i n

mi c r ophone sig n a l inputs from t h e r ear. This XLR co n n ector allo w s f or the use of lo n g
ca b l es while red u c i ng suscept i b ility to ext e r nal noise. You c a n e nsure to tra nsmit the
up m o st vocal si g n al to your KM - 3 60 Mixer us i n g the XLR inpu t s . The rear inp u t s also
en a b le you to con n e ct to most wir e l ess microph o n e units whil e r e ducing the m e s sy cables
go i n g from the fro n t .

in p u ts. When the m u s ic stopps, it w i l l automati c a lly play th e b a ckground A/ V s o urce
(B G M ) until the ne x t s ong begins. T h i s useful fun c t ion will ke e p your enter t a inment ali v e
ev e n when the per f o rmance end e d a nd DJ is chang i n g the disc for t h e n ext singer.
