Short Spec
Combi steam oven shall be AccuTemp’s T1011E Vision Touch Series. Super-efficient boilerless steam injection system that uses a reversing air dispersal fan.
With the Vision Touch controls the Multi­Timer feature allows the operator to set up Ten different menu items in advance for continuous batch cooking. Automatic cleaning system which initiates automatic cool-down whenever a cleaning cycle is started.
