The Universal IR Dome is a reliable and versatile camera suitable for both indoor and outdoor areas. Thanks to its
vario lens, which has a focal length of between 2.8 and 12 mm, the Dome can provide a wide variety of
professional and effective monitoring options. With its vandal-proof IP66 housing and IK10 shock resistance
level, it can withstand even the most adverse environmental factors and sabotage attempts.Reliable, full HD
outdoor surveillance 24/7The Universal IR Dome provides 1080p-resolution video streams at up to 25 fps. Its
housing, which is weatherproof in accordance with protection class IP66 and, at IK10, boasts the maximum shock
resistance level, provides optimum protection against mechanical interference and vandalism. Thanks to the
integrated IR LEDs, the camera captures excellent recordings both during day and night, with motion detection
and WDR backlight compensation functions also integrated.An optimal overview, with an adjustable angle of
viewThe vario lens on the Universal Dome can be adjusted to the angle of view that the user requires. Its focal
length of between 2.8 and 12 mm covers a range of between 37° and 96°.Recording and video
managementRecording takes place on a recorder or using video management software on the PC. Another option
is local recording on a microSD card, through which built-in retrieval of video data is possible via an internet
browser. For this reason, the camera is an ideal back-up solution for local recording.Easy set-up – innovative
user managementThe practical installation wizard ensures quick and easy set-up. Innovative user management
also facilitates user authorisation configuration that is tailored to your individual security needs.Note: the
camera does not have a power supply unit because it can be supplied with power via PoE.The effective IR range
will depend on the installation location. If there are surfaces that absorb light or no objects that reflect IR light
in the field of view, the IR range will be reduced and/or the video image will be too dark. Reflective objects in
the immediate vicinity of the camera (e.g. roof gutter or wall) may also result in the reflection of IR light, which
