SIKKERHETSANVISNINGER

ABL wallbox er i tråd med det nyeste innen dagens teknologi og oppfyller alle sikkerhetstekniske forskrifter, direktiver og standarder. Dersom det handles mot
sikkerhetsanvisningene i den utfyllende håndboken eller på apparatet, eller dersom disse anvisningene ignoreres, kan dette føre til elektrisk støt, brann og/eller
alvorlige personskader.

Feil som truer sikkerheten til personer, tilkoblede elektroniske apparater eller apparatet selv, skal kun utbedres av kvalifisert fagpersonell.

Kontakt lokal teknisk service fra ABL når:

• det er mekanisk skade på dekselet,

• dekselets dør har blitt fjernet eller ikke lenger kan lukkes eller låses,

• det åpenbart ikke lenger fins tilstrekkelig beskyttelse mot vannsprut og/eller fremmedlegemer,

• ladestikkontakten eller den eksterne ladekabelen er skadet (funksjonsmessig eller synlig),

• wallbox-ladestasjonen

Ta særlig hensyn til følgende punkter:

• Les grundig gjennom bruksanvisningen. Følg alle advarsler og anvisninger.

• wallbox-ladestasjonen må installeres av kvalifisert fagpersonell og kobles til iht. Lokale forskrifter og bestemmelser samt godkjennes for drift.

• Elektronikkdekselet bak døren på ABL wallbox-ladestasjonens deksel skal ikke noen omstendigheter fjernes. Rengjøring eller vedlikehold av komponentene bak
dekselet er ikke nødvendig og skal ikke gjennomføres av brukeren.

• Forsikre deg før ladingen om at husåpningen er lukket, og lås med den medleverte trekantnøkkelen.

• Bruk utelukkende tilbehør som er beregnet for apparatet og som tilbys av ABL.

• Ikke bruk wallbox-ladestasjonen i umiddelbar nærhet av rennende eller sprutende vann. ABL wallbox er tilstrekkelig beskyttet mot rennende og sprutende vann
iht. aktuell beskyttelsesart.

• Ikke installer smart wallbox på områder med fare for oversvømmelser.

• Ikke installer smart wallbox på et eksplosjonsfarlig område (EX-område).

• wallbox-ladestasjonen skal ikke tilklebes eller tildekkes av andre gjenstander eller materialer, da dette kan sørge for at luftsirkulasjonen i enheten blir for
dårlig.

• Verken væsker, gjenstander eller beholdere som inneholder væsker skal settes på huset.

• Husk at bruk av en radiosender like i nærheten av wallbox (< 20 cm), kan føre til funksjonsfeil og derfor skal unngås.

Visning av driftstilstanden på RFID-modulen

Dersom RFID-modulen ble aktivert under installasjonen eller ved en senere anledning, vises den gjeldende driftstilstanden til RFID-modulen ved hjelp av de to LED­ene øverst på døren til 3W14A2/3W22A2 sitt hus. Ved normal drift lyser de på følgende måte:

RFID-modulen er klar til bruk. Lading kan startes ved hjelp av et autorisert RFID-tilgangskort

RFID modulen har lest tilgangskortet og verifiserer bruker

Ladeprosedyre

Følg disse ladeinstruksene for å lade bilen:

1. Kontroller LED-lampene til eMH3. Når wallbox-ladestasjonen er klar til drift, blinker den grønne LED-ly­set hvert 5. sekund. Den blå LED-en lyser ikke.

Modell 3W14A2 og 3W22A2: RFID-modulens blå LED blinker hvert 5. sekund, mens den grønne LED-lam­pen lyser ikke.
Kjøretøyet kan nå kobles til.

2. Åpne ladestikkontakten på bilen.

3. Koble Mode-3-ladekabelen til ladekontakten til wallbox-ladestasjonen.

4. Stikk ladestøpselet til ladekabelen (type 2- eller type 1-støpsel) i ladeinntaket på kjøretøyet.

5. Den grønne LED-lampen lyser kontinuerlig når kjøretøyet er koblet til og har blitt registrert, men ladin­gen ennå ikke har blitt autorisert av kjøretøyet.

6. Modell 3W14A2 og 3W22A2: Logg deg på RFID-modulen til 3W14A2/3W22A2 ved hjelp av et egnet ID-Tag-kort. Dette gjør du ved å holde kortet foran
RFID-symbolet øverst på dekselets dør.

7. Den grønne LED-en på RFID-modulen begynner å blinke mens kortet kontrolleres. Når kortet har blitt
godkjent eller avvist, lyser den i ett sekund.

8. Den grønne LED-lampen slukker og den blå LED-lampen lyser kontinuerlig når ladingen har blitt
frigitt og gjennomført: I denne tilstanden venter wallbox på at ladingen skal starte via kjøretøyet.

9. Når ladingen er blitt avsluttet av kjøretøyet, blinker den blå LED-lampen : Kjøretøyet kan kobles fra
wallbox-ladestasjonen.
Ved behov kan ladingen avbrytes manuelt på kjøretøyet til enhver tid.

Important safety information

Please read the following safety information carefully and follow the instructions under all circumstances. You can find the detailed installation and operating
manual for your ABL wallbox here:

SAFETY INFORMATION

This ABL wallbox represents the current state of technology and complies with all current technical safety requirements, guidelines and standards. Disregard of
or actions contrary to the safety information and instructions contained in the detailed manual and printed on the device may lead to electric shock, fire and/or
severe injury.

Malfunctions affecting the safety of persons, connected electric devices or the device itself must only be repaired by a qualified electrical contractor.

Contact ABL technical support if:

• the housing has been damaged mechanically,

• the housing cover has been removed or can no longer be closed or locked,

• sufficient protection against splashing water and/or foreign objects is obviously no longer evident,

• there is functional or visible damage to the charging socket or external charging cable,

• the wallbox

Please pay particular attention to the following points:

• Read this manual carefully, heed all warnings and follow all instructions.

• The wallbox must be installed, connected and approved for operation according to local regulations and conditions by a qualified specialist electrical contractor.

• Under no circumstances remove the protective cover of the electronic components behind the housing cover of the ABL wallbox. Cleaning or maintenance of
components behind this cover is not necessary, and must under no circumstances be performed by the user.

• Before charging, ensure that the housing cover is closed and lock it using the triangular key included.

• Only use accessories intended and sold for the device by ABL.

• Do not operate this wallbox in close vicinity to running water or water jets: However, the ABL wallbox is sufficiently protected against water splashes and
sprays according to the respective protection degrees.

• The wallbox must not be installed in areas subject to flooding.

• The wallbox must not be installed in explosive atmosphere areas (EX areas).

• The wallbox must not be covered with stickers or other objects or materials so that sufficient air circulation is ensured at all times.

• No liquids, or objects or receptacles containing liquids must be placed on the housing.

• Please note that operating a radio transmitter in the immediate vicinity (< 20 cm) of the wallbox may lead to malfunctions and should therefore be avoided.

Operating status display – wallbox

The two indicator LEDs on the housing cover show the current operating status of the eMH3 wallbox. During normal operation, the following operating states are
shown:

flashes for 5 sec. off The wallbox is ready for operation, the vehicle may be connected for charging at any time.

illuminated off The vehicle is connected and has been detected. Next, the charging procedure will start automatically.

off illuminated The vehicle is currently being charged.
off flashes for 2 sec. Charging is complete, the wallbox can be unplugged from the vehicle.

Operating status display – RFID module

The two LEDs on the upper part of the housing cover of model variants 3W14A2 and 3W22A2 indicate the current operating status of the internal RFID module of
the wallbox. During normal operation, the following operating states are shown:

DESCRIPTION

The RFID module is ready for use, a charging process may be requested at any time using an access card.

Green LED flashes every 5 sec., blue LED is off

The RFID module has read the access card and initiated authentication.

Green LED flashes, blue LED is off

Authentication of the access card was successful, access to the charging process is being granted.

Green LED is lit for one second, blue LED is off

Authentication of the access card was NOT successful, access to the charging process is NOT being granted.

Green LED is off, blue LED is illuminated

Charging procedure

Please follow the following steps to charge your vehicle:

1. Check the LED indicators on the housing cover of the eMH3: When the wallbox is ready for operation,
the green LED charging indicator in the lower part of the housing cover will flash, while the blue LED is
off.
For model variants 3W14A2 and 3W22A2: If access control via the RFID module is enabled, the blue LED
will flash every 5 seconds, while the green LED is off.
The vehicle may now be connected.

2. Open the charging socket on the vehicle.

3. Connect the Mode 3 charging cable to one of the charging sockets on the wallbox.

4. Plug the charging connector of the charging cable (Type 2 or Type 1) into the vehicle’s charging socket.

5. The green LED is illuminated permanently when the vehicle is connected and has been detected but
the charging procedure has not yet been unblocked by the vehicle.

6. For model variants 3W14A2 and 3W22A2, log in at the RFID module of the eMH3 using a suitable access card. To do this, hold the card in front of the
RFID symbol on the upper part of the housing cover.

7. The green LED on the RFID module will begin flashing while the card is checked and will remain on for 1
second as soon as login has been accepted or the card has been refused.

8. The green charging LED goes out and the blue LED is ON permanently when the vehicle is connect­ed and the charging procedure has been unblocked: In this state, the wallbox is waiting for the vehicle to
initiate the charging procedure.

9. Charging is completed when the blue LED is flashing. When charging is complete, unplug the cable
from the vehicle socket and from the socket of the wallbox.
The charging procedure can be manually interrupted at the vehicle and is automatically terminated by
the vehicle when charging is complete.
