3M Model ZWB Sanitary Filter Housing
for crit i cal clar i fi ca tion and ster ile fil tra tion ap pli ca tions. Man u fac tured to the strict est of stan dards and from high qual ity
316L stain less steel, the ZWB mir ror pol ished fil ter hous ing is
de signed to meet the ex act ing qual ity stan dards of the phar ma ceu ti cal, food and bev er age, fine chem i cal, and
mi cro elec tron ics in dus tries.
The ZWB se ries are multi-car tridge hous ings de signed to ac com mo date three (3), five (5), eight (8) or twelve (12) san i tary
style fil ter car tridges up to 40 inches long. Other con fig u ra tions are avail able upon re quest.
The ZWB de sign uses swing bolt clo sures to se cure the hous ing dome to the base for op er a tion up to 150 psi (10.3 bar).
The Model ZWB hous ing can be steamed-in-place (SIP) and
cleaned in place (CIP).
ZWB stan dard hous ing mod els in clude a po si tion ing plate, po si tion ing plate re tainer rods, up stream vent and drain
con nec tions, sil i cone o-ring gas kets, and san i tary gauge port.
An op tional 1/2" san i tary:8mm barb vent/drain di a phragm
valve is avail able.
