Precautions

Do not use 2breathe without consulting your physician if you suffer or have suffered
in the past from: active ischemic heart disease/unstable angina, bradycardia, severe
congestive heart failure, chronic atrial fibrillation, stroke resulting in permanent
impairment, chronic renal failure, severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary
disease (COPD), like chronic bronchitis and emphysema, major organ failure, sleep
paralysis, have a pacemaker or if you are pregnant.

Do not use your 2breathe when you need to be alert or to concentrate, or when using
heavy equipment.
•
Do not use 2breathe while driving.
•
If you feel any negative change in your general health or mood, immediately
discontinue use of your 2breathe, and contact your physician.
•
Breathe effortlessly throughout the exercise. Excessive deep breathing may cause
dizziness and palpitations.
•
If you are allergic to any substance that comes into contact with your skin or if you
suspect an allergic reaction due to using the product check the listed materials in the
Technical Specification at www.2breathe.com/specification. In case of any skin
reactions, stop using the product and consult with your physician.
Limited International Warranty
2Breathe Technologies Ltd. (“2Breathe”) provides a manufacturer's one year limited
warranty on its products as follows:!

2breathe provides a limited one year warranty on its products: We warrant that the
products conform to all specifications provided with the products, used in marketing
materials or otherwise published, and that the products are free of design, manufacture,
material and workmanship defects under normal use for twelve (12) months from the
date of purchase.

This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered, improperly stored,
transported or maintained, or put to a use to which they were not intended, or used other
than in accordance with 2breathe’s written instructions.

Except as provided herein, 2breathe disclaims all representations, warranties, and
conditions, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, title, non-infringement, system integration, quiet enjoyment, and
accuracy.

2breathe does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the 2breathe device
will be uninterrupted or error-free. 2breathe's continued provision of its services relies
upon the general operation of the internet and world wide web and certain factors
necessary for the continuous operation of the internet and world wide web are beyond
2breathe's control.

In no event shall 2Breathe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its products, including,
without limitation, any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or
not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, on any theory of liability.
Except as provided herein, 2Breathe's total cumulative liability to you, whether in
contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Use and Storage
Use the product at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C (50°F and 95°F).

Product may be stored in a clean, dry location between 5°C and 40°C (41°F and 104°F)

when it is not in use.
Use the product at an altitude of 0 m to 2000 m (0 ft to 6560 ft).

Do not place the product in direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
•
This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
•
Do not allow the device to come in contact with liquids.
