INTRODUCTION
This Technical Service Manual has been compiled to provide the most recent technical service information. This information will enable the service technician to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions, perform necessary repairs and return the appliance to proper operational condition.
The service technician should read the complete instructions contained in this service manual before initiating any repairs on a Wolf Appliance.

Warranty applies to products installed in United States or Canada, for residential use only.• Warranty begins at time of unit’s initial installation.• Warranty does not cover Wolf Appliances installed in a demonstration kitchen, test kitchen, culinary school• kitchen, or similar installations. (See Special Warranty below) Warranty and service information collected by Wolf Appliance, Inc. is arranged and stored under unit serial num-• ber and/or customer’s name. Wolf Appliance, Inc requests that you have model and serial number available whenever contacting factory or parts distributor. 3-5 Year Limited Parts Only Warranty applies to the heating element and the user interface.

NOTE: “ICB” appliances carry no factory warranty. The product distributor or appliance dealer may offer their own warranty.

Cup Warming Drawer Electronics
This section describes the basic operation of the Cup Warming Drawer (CW24) electronics and how the user inter­face responds to input commands. The user interface has three buttons that use a relay to open and close switches.
User Interface Buttons (See Figure 2-1)
ON/MENU Button
Turns unit on.• Cycles user interface between menu options TEMP, TIMER, and DELAY START.• Used with MORE button to enter Sabbath mode.• Used with LESS/OFF button to exit Sabbath mode.
LESS/OFF Button
Decreases TEMP, TIMER, and DELAY START settings.• Depressed for three seconds turns the CW24 off.• Used with ON/MENU button to exit Sabbath mode.
MORE Button
Increases TEMP, TIMER, and DELAY START settings.• Used with ON/MENU button to enter Sabbath mode.

General Features of the User Interface
Temperature
Temperature Range is 85° F to 175° F, and increases and decrease by 10° intervals.• Temperature display goes in a circle.
If 175° F and MORE button is pressed, temperature goes to 85° F.• If 85° F and LESS/OFF is pressed, temperature goes to 175° F.
Timer
Timer is programmable from 1 minute to 4 hours.• Timer increases and decreases by different increments.
From 1 minute to 15 minutes changes by one minute intervals.• From 15 minutes to 1 hour changes by five minute intervals.• From 1 hour to 4 hours by ten minute intervals.
Delay Start
Delay Start is programmable from 1 minute to 9 hours, 50 minutes.• Delay Start increases and decreases by different increments.
From 1 minute to 15 minutes and changes by one minute intervals.• From 15 minutes to 1 hour and changes by five minute intervals.• From 1 hour to 9 hours, 50 minutes and changes by ten minute intervals.
