Description:

The PPA T1-216is a narrowband,single-channel,body-packstyle transmitter that operates on the 216 MHz bandwidth. TheT1-216will operate up to100-300feet and accommodate any number of users with additional receivers. TheT1-216features animpact-resistantcase and a belt clip forhands-freeoperation. Each transmitter is frequency synthesized and crystal controlled forrock-solidtuning. Each transmitter featuresdrop-incharging points, which allows up to 16 units to be charged at once in a single CHG 1600multi-charger.TheT1-216is portable, requires no installation and is available with a variety of microphone options.

Bid Specs:

The PPA T1-216is a narrowband body pack transmitter and shall operate on the 216 MHz frequency bandwidth. Frequency synthesized, crystal referenced, PLL. It shall be powered by two AAnon-recharge-able alkaline batteries providing 8 hours operation and 6 hours per charge with two NiMH rechargeable batteries. It shall be housed in aNeptune-blueshatter-resistantpolypropylene case with a hinged battery door that does not detach from the transmitter. It shall provide narrowband modulation at 10 kHzP-Pwith 100 µSpre-emphasisand 1.5 mW RF output power. It shall have a 3.5 mm mono microphone jack and a slide type ON/OFF switch. It shall havedrop-incharging points on the bottom of the unit. The transmitting antenna shall be integral with40-inchmicrophone cord.

The transmitter shall have FCC and WEEE approval and be covered by a five-yearparts and labor warranty.* This transmitter shall be the Williams Sound Corp. model PPAT1-216.
