Prewash cycle increases programme duration by approx. 15 min. Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions in compliance with Standard IEC 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash.

ADDING DETERGENT AND ADDITIVES

Add the detergent and the additives into the dispenser as follows:

• Programme with pre and main wash

• Main wash programme without prewash

• Fabric softeners and conditioners

• Chlorine bleach

• Stain remover agents

• Anti-scale agents (water hardness 4)

Important:

• Be careful not to fill more than the

“MAX”

level mark.

• For programme with prewash: do not use liquid detergents.

• For programmes without prewash from cold to 40° C it is recommended to use a liquid

detergent to avoid whitish residues on the coloured laundry.

Note:

The programme selector knob stops on the position .

Terminate the programme:

• Press the “Rinse Hold” button again; the programme will terminate automatically with the spin cycle for the present wash programme.

• If you do not wish to spin the clothes, switch off the appliance, turn the programme knob to the drain programme and switch on the appliance again.

“Intensive Rinse” button

• For improved rinsing efficiency the rinse water level and the cycle time are increased.

• This option is particularly suitable for areas with very very soft water washing baby

linen and helps people with allergies.

PROGRAMME START

Open the tap and press the “On/Off” button. The pilot lamp lights up.

DOOR LOCK

During the running programme the door can be opened for adding further laundry. The door locks automatically in all spinning cycles. If the programme is stopped or the

electrical power supply is terminated, the door lock will open after approximately 1 minute.

Note:

If you open the door during the delicate or wool programme, there will be no spinning at the end of the cycle but only draining. If you want to spin the laundry start the spin programme.

PROGRAMME END

• The programme selector knob is at the end of the cycle.

1. Press the “On/Off” button.

2. Cancel the special options by pressing the appropriate buttons.

3. Turn the water supply tap off.

4. Wait for the door to unlock (about 1 minute).

5. Open the door and the drum flaps and unload the machine.

SELECTING A NEW PROGRAMME, SPIN SPEED,OPTION AFTER PROGRAMME START

1. Press the “On/Off” button to switch off the appliance.

2. Select the new programme, temperature, spin speed and option.

3. Press the “On/Off” button to switch on the appliance.

TO STOP, RESET A PROGRAMME BEFORE THE END

1. Press the “On/Off” button to switch off the appliance.

2. Set the programme selector to “Drain”.

3. Press the “On/Off” button to start the drain programme.

Only open the door when the programme selector is at the end of the cycle and the door is unlocked (after approximately 1 minute).
