Triple-chambered hybrid transmissionline bass loading provides very tight,
deep bass using twin 10.5” magnesium
extreme-duty woofers and two rear-firing

Borrowing from our VR-11SE flagship,
high frequency extension and clarity is
provided through the use of an
aluminum pure ribbon super tweeter,
with variable gain control to allow for the
perfect blend of air and detail in your
room with your electronics.
Our proprietary Ambience Retrieval
System enables concert hall depth
replication, utilizing a rear-firing
mid/tweeter driver fed with an out-ofphase ambience signal. The depth is
adjustable with a calibrated control.
Available in five finishes: pictured is
piano gloss black. Also available is dark
red cherry, natural cherry, light maple,
and walnut. Lexus Silver and other
exotic wood finishes are available for an
additional fee. Included are spikes and
twin sets of WBT platinum plated
binding posts for bi-wiring or bi-amping.

The search for the Holy Grail in loudspeaker
design has led to new technology developed
for the ground-breaking VR-7SE Reference
Tower. Acoustic Inverse Replication theory
developed by Von Schweikert enables the
VR-7SE speaker system to closely
reproduce the original sound-field recorded
by the microphone. The holographic soundstage image is beyond comparison; depth is
adjustable via our exclusive rear-firing
Ambience Retrieval System with Dimension
Control.
New driver technology is utilized, including
aerospace composite transducer diaphragms.
The midrange driver cones are composed of
Kevlar, carbon fiber, and cellulose acetate
pulp, yielding a well damped diaphragm
with a very high Young’s Modulus (ratio of
weight to stiffness), leading to a new
reference standard in clarity, without the
added ringing found in some of today’s
leading metallic transducers. The tweeter is
the Scan Speak dual concentric ring
Revelator, fabricated of silk with a clamped
dome, enabling near perfect reproduction of
high frequencies without the typical breakup and distortion associated with common
dome tweeters.
These diaphragms are driven by copper clad
Low Distortion Motors utilizing long throw
voice coils and extra-large magnet
assemblies, ensuring very high dynamic
range and smooth response at high volume
levels. This combination of ultra-light/ultrarigid diaphragms driven by huge motors
results in goosebump sound quality that has
to be heard to be believed!

Tweeter: 1.5” silk dual concentric ring Revelator
from Scan Speak using Low Distortion Motors and
Ferrofluid liquid cooling.
Super Tweeter: 3” aluminum pure ribbon tweeter
with adjustable gain volume control.
Crossover Type: Global Axis Integration Network
for accurate off-axis frequency response and
consistent phase.
