•Kinder ab 8 Jahren und Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten, mangelnder Erfahrung und Kenntnisse dürfen das Gerät nur
gebrauchen oder Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten durchführen, wenn sie von einer für
ihre Sicherheit zuständigen Person beaufsichtigt werden oder ihnen der sichere Gebrauch
des Gerätes gezeigt wurde und sie die damit verbundenen Gefahren verstanden haben.
•Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Gerät von Kindern unter 8 Jahren fernhalten.
•Verpackungsmaterial (z.B. Folienbeutel) gehört nicht in Kinderhände.
•Gerät nie auf heisse Flächen (Herdplatte) stellen / legen oder in die Nähe von offenem
Feuer bringen. Gerät nicht starker Hitze (Heizquellen, -körper, Sonnenbestrahlung) aus

setzen. Brennende Geräte nur mit Löschdecke löschen.
•Vom Hersteller nicht empfohlenes / verkauftes Zubehör aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht
verwenden.
•Gerät ist für die Verwendung im Haushalt bestimmt, nicht für gewerbliche Nutzung. Gerät
nicht im Freien betreiben.
•Gerät stehend auf ebener, stabiler Unterlage betreiben.
•Gerät auf Schadstellen überprüfen. Beschädigte Geräte nie in Betrieb nehmen – vom
Hersteller, dessen Servicestelle oder qualifizierten Fachleuten reparieren / ersetzen lassen.
Gerät nie selber öffnen – Verletzungsgefahr!
•Gerät nicht fallen lassen / gegen harte Gegenstände schlagen.
•Gerät nie in Wasser / andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen.
•Nicht in der Nähe von Geräten mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung (Mikrowelle, Telefon
usw.) gebrauchen.
•Funktionalität des Geräts alle 2 Jahre durch Trisa Electronics Servicestelle prüfen lassen.
•Batterien korrekt einsetzen. Keine Batterie-Typen / neuen Batterien mit bereits benutzten
mischen. Langlebige Alkaline-Batterien werden empfohlen.
•Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch Batterien entnehmen.

•Nie in der Nähe von Wasser (Badewannen, Waschbecken etc.) benutzen. Nicht Regen /
Feuchtigkeit aussetzen. Gerät nur mit trockenen Händen benutzen!
•Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen, muss es vor dem nächsten Einsatz von einer Fachkraft
überprüft werden.
•Reparaturen am Gerät nur durch eine Fachkraft. Durch nicht fachgerechte Reparaturen
können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.
•Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, falsch bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann
keine Haftung für auftretende Schäden übernommen werden. In diesem Fall entfällt der
Garantieanspruch.
•Technisch bedingte Messtoleranzen sind möglich, da dies keine geeichte Waage für den
professionellen, medizinischen Gebrauch ist.
•Selbstmessung bedeutet Kontrolle, nicht Diagnose oder Behandlung.
•Waage nicht benutzen bei Krankheit oder während der Einnahme von Medikamenten, die
den Wasseranteil beeinflussen.
•Waage nicht geeignet bei: Herzschrittmacher, elektromedizinischen Geräten, Ödem,
Fieber, Osteoporose, Dialyse, Herzkrankheiten, Schwangerschaft, Athleten mit mehr als
10 h Training / Woche.
•Nicht mit nassen Füssen auf die Waage stehen – Rutschgefahr!

mentale réduite ou manquant d’expérience ou de connaissance ne doivent utiliser cet
appareil ou réaliser des travaux de nettoyage ou d’entretien que sous la surveillance d’une
personne responsable de leur sécurité ou après avoir reçu au préalable des instructions
relatives à l’utilisation sûre de l’appareil et après avoir compris les risques y associés.
•Il est interdit aux enfants de jouer avec l’appareil. Tenir l’appareil hors de la portée des
enfants de moins de 8 ans.
•Ne pas laisser le matériel d’emballage (tel que les sachets en plastiques) entre les mains
des enfants.
•Ne mettez jamais l’appareil sur des surfaces chaudes, ni à proximité de vives flammes. Ne
pas garder l’appareil directement à côté d’un chauffage ni l’exposer au soleil pendant un
temps prolongé. Éteindre les appareils en feu uniquement avec une couverture d’extinction.
•Utilisez uniquement les accessoires recommandés par le fabricant.
•L’appareil est destiné à un usage ménager et non à une utilisation professionnelle. Ne pas
utiliser l’appareil à l’extérieur.
•Utiliser l’appareil en position verticale sur un sol stable et plat.
•Contrôler régulièrement si l’appareil est défectueux. Ne jamais mettre en service les appa-
reils endommagés – les faire réparer / remplacer par le fabricant, son service après-vente ou
par des spécialistes qualifiés. Ne jamais ouvrir l’appareil soi-même – danger de blessure!
•Ne pas faire tomber l’appareil / cogner contre des objets durs.
•Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans l’eau / d’autres liquides.
•Ne pas utiliser à proximité d’appareils émettant des champs électromagnétiques (appareil
à micro-ondes, téléphone etc.).
•Faire contrôler la fonctionnalité de l’appareil tous les 2 ans par le centre de service de Trisa
Electronics.
•Insérer les piles correctement. Ne pas mélanger des différents types de piles / des piles
neuves et usagées, nous recommandons des piles alcalines longue durée.
•Enlever les piles en cas de non-utilisation prolongée.

à la pluie / humidités. Utiliser l’appareil uniquement avec des mains sèches!
•Si l’appareil tombe dans l’eau, le faire contrôler par un professionnel avant toute nouvelle
utilisation.
•Les réparations d’appareils électriques doivent uniquement être effectuées par des spécialistes.
Des réparations impropres peuvent causer des dangers considérables pour l’usager.
•Au cas où l’appareil est désaffecté, manié ou réparé d’une manière incorrecte, nous déclinons
la responsabilité de dommages éventuels. Dans ce cas, le droit de garantie s’annule.
•Des variations de mesure techniques sont possibles, comme cette balance n’est pas calibrée pour une utilisation professionnelle ou médicale.
•Mesurer sa tension permet de la contrôler, non de poser un diagnostic ou un traitement.
•Ne pas utiliser la balance en cas de maladie pendant la prise de médicaments ayant une
influence sur la teneur en eau.
•Balance inadaptée pour: porteurs de stimulateurs cardiaques ou autres matériels électro
niques médicaux, personnes souffrant d’oedème, fièvre, ostéoporose, sous dialyses,
malades cardiaques, femmes enceintes, athlètes s’entraînant plus de 10 h/semaine.
•Ne pas monter sur la balance les pieds mouillés ou humides – risque de dérapage!

•I bambini a partire da 8 anni e le persone che non conoscono o non hanno esperienza delle
modalità di funzionamento dell’apparecchio, così come i soggetti affetti da infermità
fisiche o mentali possono utilizzare l’apparecchio o eseguire le operazioni di pulizia e
manutenzione, a condizione che siano sorvegliati da una persona responsabile per la
sicurezza o che venga mostrato loro il sicuro utilizzo dell’apparecchio e che abbiano
compreso i pericoli derivanti.
•I bambini non possono giocare con l’apparecchio. Tenere l’apparecchio lontano dalla
portata dei bambini al di sotto di 8 anni.
•Materiale d’imballaggio (per esempio buste di plastica) devono stare lontano dai bambini.
•Mai mettere l’apparecchio sopra superfici calde nè vicino a fiamme aperte. Proteggere
l’apparecchio da fonti di calore, per esempio corpi caldi o esposizione ai raggi solari.
Spegnere gli apparecchi incendiati solo con apposita coperta antifiamma.
•Utilizzare solo degli accessori supplementari che sono raccomandati dal produttore.
•L’apparecchio è stato costruito per l’uso domestico e non per l’uso professionale. Non
utilizzare l’apparecchio all’aperto.
•Azionare l’apparecchio in verticale su un supporto piano e stabile.
•Controllare regolarmente se l’apparecchio sono difettosi. Non mettere in funzione apparecchi
danneggiati – far riparare / sostituire dal produttore, dal suo servizio assistenza o da tecnici
qualificati. Non aprire da soli l’apparecchio– Pericolo di lesione!
•Non far cadere l’apparecchio / non urtarlo contro oggetti duri.
•Non mettere mai l’apparecchio sotto l’acqua corrente, né immergerlo in acqua.
•Non utilizzare nelle vicinanze di dispositivi che emettono radiazioni elettromagnetiche
(microonde, telefono, ecc.).
•Far controllare il funzionamento dell’apparecchio ogni 2 anni dal Servizio di assistenza
Trisa Electronics.
•Inserire le batterie correttamente. Non mescolare vari tipi di batterie / batterie nuove con
batterie usate, si consiglia l’uso di batterie alcaline di lunga durata.
•Rimuovere le batterie se non si utilizza l’apparecchio per un periodo prolungato.

•Non utilizzare quest’ apparecchio vicino ad acqua (vasche da bagno, lavandini, etc.) e non
esporlo nè alla pioggia nè ad altra umidità. Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo con le mani
asciutte!
•Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio cada in acqua, farlo controllare da uno specialista prima di
riutilizzarlo.
•Le riparazioni degli apparecchi elettrici devono unicamente essere effettuate da specialisti.
Le riparazioni improprie possono causare dei pericoli gravi per l’utente.
•Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio venga usato a scopi originalmente non previsti, usato
o riparato in modo improprio, non è possibile assumere alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni. In questo caso decade la rivendicazione di garanzia.
•Sono ammesse tolleranze di misura, dovute a cause tecniche: la bilancia non è destinata
all’uso professionale medicale.
•L’automisurazione significa controllo, non diagnosi o trattamento.
•Non usare la bilancia se malati o durante l’assunzione di farmaci, che incidono sulla per
centuale di acqua.

•Bilancia non adatta a: pace-maker, apparecchi elettromedicali, edema, febbre, osteoporosi,
dialisi, cardiopatie, gravidanza, atleti con più di 10 ore di allenamento settimanali.
•Non salire sulla bilancia con i piedi bagnati: pericolo di scivolamento!

maintain the appliance if supervised by someone responsible for their safety or if they
have already been shown how to use the appliance safely and have understood the risks
involved.
•Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. Keep the appliance out of
reach of children aged under 8.
•Keep packaging (e.g. plastic bags) away from children.
•Never put the appliance on hot surfaces or near open flames. Do not store / expose the
appliance to intense heat (from radiators, prolonged sunshine). Only extinguish burning
appliances using a fire blanket.
•Do not use attachments not recommended / sold by the manufacturer.
•The appliance is designed for household use and not for industrial operation. Do not
operate the appliance outdoors.
•Use appliance in an upright position on a stable surface.
•Regulary check if the appliance is defective. Never switch on damaged appliances – have
repairs carried out / obtain replacement from the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s service
point or from qualified experts. Never open the appliance yourself – risk of injury!
•Do not drop device / knock device against hard objects.
•Never immerse appliance in water / other fluids.
•Do not use in the vicinity of devices with electromagnetic radiation (microwave, tele
phone, etc.).
•Have the functioning of the device checked every 2 years by a Trisa Electronics service
point.
•Insert batteries correctly. Do not mix battery types / new batteries with used batteries.
Long-life alkaline batteries are recommended.
•Remove batteries when not in use for a protracted period.

•No warranty for any damage can be accepted if the appliance is used for improper purpose,
wrongly operated or unprofessionally repaired. In such a case, any warranty claim is void.
•Technical measuring tolerances are possible as these scales are not calibrated for professional, medical use.
•Self measurement is for checking only, not for diagnosis or treatment.
•Do not use the scales when ill or while taking medication that can affect body water
percentage.
•Scales not suitable with: heart pace maker, electromedical equipment, edeme, fever,
osteoporosis, dialysis, heart complaints, pregnancy, athletes who train for more than
10 hrs. per week.
•Do not stand on the scales with wet feet – danger of slipping!

•Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. Mantener el aparato fuera del alcance de los

•El servicio técnico de Trisa Electronics debe comprobar la funcionalidad del aparato cada
2 años.
•Colocar correctamente las pilas. No mezclar diferentes tipos de pilas ni pilas nuevas con
pilas usadas. Se recomienda utilizar pilas alcalinas de larga duración.
•En caso de no utilizar durante un largo período de tiempo, retirar las pilas.

•Las mediciones de uno mismo significan control, no diagnóstico ni tratamiento.
•No utilizar la báscula en caso de enfermedad o durante la ingesta de medicamentos que
puedan influir en el porcentaje de agua.
•La báscula no es apropiada en caso de: marcapasos, aparatos electromédicos, edema,
fiebre, osteoporosis, diálisis, enfermedades cardíacas, embarazo, atletas con más de 10 h
de entrenamiento semanales.
•No se coloque sobre la báscula con los pies mojados – ¡Peligro de resbalar!

Based on age, height and sex, these scales determine within seconds, body weight, body water and body muscle using bioelectric impedance analysis. The measurement current is harmless. The scales are for private use only. Seek advice from your
