INTENDED USE
This product is intended to be used to
sharpen TC and HSS tools. For professional
and domestic use. DWS/PFR can be used
on knives, garden tools, shaped tooling, hoof
knives and to re-shape profile edges.
DWS/NF can be used for engineering and
metal work.
SAFETY

All cutting edges are very sharp and
care must be taken to prevent injury.
Never sharpen blades towards the
hand or body.

Correct Method of Sharpening a Knife

■ Use softly and slowly with alternate
strokes to either side of the blade, bring
the knife down the length of the diamond
steel as shown in the diagram.
■ Use a shallow angle for fine or filleting
edges and use a steeper one to achieve
a boning edge.
