5.Tipthemachineontoitsside,withtheairlterfacing upward,untiltheupperhandlerestsontheground.
Important:Tippingthemachinemaycausethe fueltoleak.Fuelisammableandexplosive,and cancausepersonalinjury.Runtheenginedryto removethefuelwithahandpump;neversiphon thefuel.
Preparethemachineforinstallation.
Removetheexistingbrakearmand brakecable.
Installthebrakearmandbrakecable.

formaintenancesafetyinformation.
1.Movethemachinetoalevelsurface.
2.Releasetheblade-brakebail.
3.Disconnectthespark-plugwirefromthesparkplug.
4.Removetheblade-drivesystemcoverfromthe machine.

1.Installtherubberspacerandthehardwarefromtheold brakearmontothenewbrakearm(Figure10).
Important:Inspectthehardwareforexcessive wear.Replacethehardwareifnecessary.
