New Design of Inter Axle Differential

As part of DANA’s commitment to constant product improvement the inter
axle differential of the power divider has been re-designed. Previously the
spider gear cage was in two halves which were then brazed together to form
the unit.
This cage is now a single unit for better strength and reliability.
The two units are interchangeable, with the new unit backward compatible
with all applicable in-service axles.
With immediate effect the new version will be used in production and is also
available for purchase as a spare parts
