Inserting the battery and SIM card

1. Remove back cover. (A)

2. Insert SIM card into slot with goldcolored contacts facing down. (B)

3. Insert battery making sure the connectors align. (C)

Calls and voicemail

Make a call

1. From the home screen, enter the phone number by using the numeric keys on the keyboard.

2. Press the SEND key.

3. To end the call, press the END key.

Answer a call

1. Press the SEND key.

2. Press the END key or close the phone to end the call.

View recent calls

1. From the home screen, press the SEND key, then select Recent Calls.

2. Select desired option and press Center select

key to view calls.

Check voicemail

1. Press and hold the 1 key.

2. Follow the voice prompts.

1. Press the Camera key.

1. From the camera screen, press

Menu (Left select key) > Camcorder.

2. Press Center select key to start recording

1. From the home screen, press Center select key.

2. Select My Files > Pictures or Videos.

Send a picture

1. From the camera screen, press Photos, then select Options > Send via.

2. Select message and follow instructions in Text and picture messaging to send.

Text and picture messaging

Create and send a message

1. From the home screen, press Menu (Left select key), then select Messaging > Create Message.

2. In the text eld, enter your text.

3. Press Send (Right select key).

4. Enter a phone number or contact name in the To eld or select Options > Add Recipients to select contacts from address book.

5. Press Send (Right select key) to send the message.

Insert a picture or video

1. While composing a message, press Center select key to insert attachment.

2. Select attachment type and follow prompts to add to message.

3. When message is complete, press Send (Right select key) to send the message.

Note: Adding a photo, audio clip, or video clip to a text message changes the message from a text message to a multimedia message.

Useful tools

Voice services

Use your voice to dial, look up contacts, launch applications and navigate phone menus.

1. From the home screen, press Menu (Left select key), then select Tools > Voice Services.

2. At the voice prompt, Say a Command.

Calculator

Add, subtract, multiply and divide while on the go.

1. From the Tools screen, select Calculator and press the Select soft key.

2. Use the numeric and navigation keys to enter your calculation.

Calendar

Stay organized and current by setting appointments and viewing events.

1. From the Tools screen, select Calendar and press the Select soft key.

2. Press Options > Create to select an event option.

3. Enter the event information and press Center

select key to save.

Cambio de idioma

Congurar el idioma

1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, presiona Menú (tecla de selección izquierda).

2. Selecciona Conguración, luego Teléfono > Idioma.

3. Selecciona Texto en pantalla y presiona la tecla central de selección.

4. Elige English o Español y presiona OK.

5. Selecciona Idioma del teclado y presiona la tecla central de selección.

6. Elige English o Español y presiona OK.

7. Selecciona Guardar para cambiar la conguración.

Inserción de la batería y la tarjeta SIM

1. Quita la tapa trasera. (A)

2. Inserta la tarjeta SIM con los contactos dorados dirigidos hacia abajo. (B)

3. Inserta la batería asegurándote de que los conectores estén alineados. (C)

4. Vuelve a colocar la tapa trasera. (D)

Llamadas y correo de voz

Realiza una llamada

1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, introduce el número de teléfono usando las teclas numéricas en el teclado.

2. Presiona la tecla SEND.

3. Para terminar la llamada, oprime la tecla

de FINALIZAR.

Contesta una llamada

1. Presiona la tecla SEND.

2. Presiona la tecla END o cierra el teléfono para terminar la llamada.

Ve las llamadas recientes

1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, presiona la

tecla SEND, después selecciona Llamadas recientes.

2. Selecciona la opción que desees y presiona la tecla central de selección para ver las llamadas.

Revisa el correo de voz

1. Presiona sin soltar la tecla 1.

2. Sigue las indicaciones de voz.

2. Selecciona Mis archivos > Fotos o Video.

Envía un foto

1. Desde la pantalla de la cámara, presiona

Fotos, después selecciona Opciones > Enviar mediante.

2. Selecciona el mensaje y sigue las instrucciones en Mensajes de texto y con fotos para enviarlo.

Mensajes de texto y con fotos

Crea y envía un mensaje

1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, presiona Menú (tecla de selección izquierda), después

selecciona Mensajes > Crear mensajes.

2. En el campo de texto, introduce tu texto.

3. Presiona Enviar a (tecla de selección derecha).

4. Introduce un número de teléfono o nombre de contacto en el campo A o selecciona Opciones > Añadir destinatarios para seleccionar contactos de la agenda telefónica.

5. Presiona Enviar (tecla de selección derecha) para enviar el mensaje.

Inserta una foto o un video

1. Mientras elaboras un mensaje, presiona la tecla central de selección para insertar un adjunto.

2. Selecciona un tipo de adjunto y sigue indicaciones para añadirlo al mensaje.

3. Después de completar el mensaje, presiona Enviar a (tecla de selección derecha) para enviar el mensaje.

Nota: al añadir una foto, un clip de audio o un videoclip a un mensaje de texto, este se convierte en un mensaje multimedia.

No envíes mensajes de texto al momento de conducir.

Servicios de voz

Usa tu voz para marcar números de teléfono, buscar contactos, abrir aplicaciones y navegar por menús del teléfono.

1. Desde la pantalla de inicio, presiona Menú (tecla de selección izquierda), después selecciona Herramientas > Servicios de voz.

2. Cuando se te indique, di un comando.

Calculadora

Suma, resta, multiplica y divide en donde sea que estés.

1. Desde la pantalla Herramientas, selecciona Calculadora y presiona la tecla con la función de Seleccionar.

2. Usa las teclas numéricas y de navegación para introducir tu cálculo.

Calendario

Mantente organizado y al día anotando citas y revisando eventos.

1. Desde la pantalla Herramientas, selecciona Calendario y presiona la tecla con la función de Seleccionar.

2. Presiona Opciones > Crear para seleccionar una opción de evento.

3. Escribe la información del evento y presiona la tecla central de selección para guardarlo.
