Samsung Notebook Series 9 is designed to meet the rigorous demands of business and travel use. Made with an
aluminum single-shell body, Samsung Notebook Series
9 can easily withstand inevitable knocks and jolts. This
computer features fast startup, a long-lasting battery and a
dependable solid state drive (SSD) to ensure that users can
work any time. Samsung Notebook Series 9 is also elegantly
designed and comfortable to use, with sharp picture quality,
auto lighting control and a newly designed keyboard with
bigger buttons and glass coated ClickPad.

Elegant craftsmanship meets impressive technological strength
Samsung Notebook Series 9 is one of the lightest and
thinnest notebooks available, measuring 14.9 mm (0.59 in.)
thick at its widest point. The sturdy exterior design features
a sleek surface and a durable cover. The backlit keyboard
is perfect for dimly lit environments, and the multi-touch
ClickPad responds to 21 finger gestures. The SuperBright
Plus widescreen display shows data clearly, with an HD+
LED backlit anti-glare screen.
A state-of-the-art Intel Core processor offers optimized
power management for any task. Turbo Boost technology
accelerates performance by automatically allocating CPU
processing power as needed.
The 128 GB SSD provides plenty of storage, lower power
consumption and improved performance. The SSD has no
moving parts, so the chance of losing data is minimized.
The SSD boots up in just 9.8 seconds, 60 percent faster
than a hard disk drive (HDD), and thereby decreases power
usage and accelerates data access.
When the notebook is in use, the lid can be closed, putting
the system into a powerless sleep mode. When reopened,
the system is ready for use again in just 1.4 seconds. Fast
Start saves configurations to the hard drive and PC memory,
so settings and applications remain the same as they were
prior to sleep mode.
Samsung Notebook Series 9 delivers power efficient performance and battery life of up to 10 hours. The lithium-polymer battery and Samsung’s PowerPlus charging technology
make the battery lifespan last significantly longer than a
conventional battery.
