Low-Noise, Fixed Output Voltage,300mA/500mA LDO Regulator
General Description
The RT9167/A use s a n intern al P-MOSFET as the pa ss
device, which does not cause extra GND current in heavy load and dropout condition s. The shutdown mode of nearly zero operation current makes the IC suitable f or battery­powered devices. Other features include a reference bypass pin to improve low noise performance, current
limiting, and over te mperature protection.
