The communication system Telco - DVS-21 includes all current communication interfaces necessary for safe operation that are required for adjustment ranges of railways control centers and control districts:

These communication interfaces will be operated by the user interface of DICORA, which has been launched by DB AG in conjunction with project “ART”.
!Integration
Telco - DVS-21 will be combined with fixed GSM-R telephone sets DICORA
(Dispatcher Console Rail), which are deployed in “ART” of DB AG in more than 2.400 applications with typical railways features.
DICORA provides full accessto the GSM-R net of DB AG, thus enabling a complete telecommunication system.
