Equipment Installation Instructions
Introduction
The 2803/75 Wall Mount kit is designed to mount a Model 2803 or Model 75 Refrigeration Unit on a vertical wall. The kit includes lag screws for mounting on a frame wall. Mounting on a masonry wall requires anchors or toggle bolts which are not included with this kit.
Required tools
One (1) drill with 7/32" bit
1
One (1)
/2" socket wrench
One (1) 4 ft level
9
One (1)
/16" socket wrench
One (1) framing square
One (1) 8 ft measuring tape
Installing the wall mount shelf kit
1. Locate and mark three (3) wall studs at desired mounting
position.
2. Measure and mark location for top three (3) holes no closer
than 8" (20.3 cm) from the ceiling. Place a 4 ft level to
bridge the three (3) studs. Place a mark at each stud (re-
fer to figure 1).
3. Measure and mark the two (2) outer studs 15" (38.1 cm)
below the marks made in step 2. Using a framing square,
make a vertical mark at the center of each stud.
7
5. Drill ten (10) holes
/32" diameter by 1 3/4" deep (refer to
figure 1).
5
6. Attach channels to wall with
/16" x 2" lag screws. Use a
flat washer under the head of each screw.
5

/16" x 3/4" carriage bolt through the square hole in each end of the channel and assemble the triangle shaped Brackets (refer to figure 2).
8. Assemble the Support Angles to the triangle shaped Brackets with carriage bolts, washers, and hex nuts (refer to figure 2).
Note: The rear Support Angle must be installed in the holes closest to the front holes.
9. Mount the refrigeration unit on the Wall Mount and secure with
