Air blast Usage Instruction
Connect the compressor to W301-ES, and make sure the following air hoses are used;
ES28 model: over 3/8
Connect the suction hose with the suction nozzle under the Blast Gun unit. Connect the other end of suction hose and suction pipe. Insert the blasting materials in the pail or tank, and stick the suction pipe into the materials
(liquid, mixture of liquid and solids also can be used for blasting).
Suction of the abrasives and blasting starts at the jet air nozzle soon after twisting the ball valve. Control the air pressure for the optimum level using the air adjusting knob
(It can also be controlled at the compressor).
Attention
When finishing or not operating, close the air-adjusting knob completely for safety to
prevent the abrasives blasting by mistake.
Do not operate without the operator.
Determine the pressure power and the type of abrasives depending on the distance
from the blast gun and the blasted material, and the type of its surface.
Blasting materials in diagonal angle sometimes provide better efficiency than blasting in the vertical angle.
While finishing the operation, completely discharge the remaining abrasives inside the blast gun to avoid any risks of danger. If not, it may lead to damage of air valve and other parts of the blasting gun.
Attention Please do regular inspection of the air jet nozzle as it is an abrasive part. Please regularly replace the air jet nozzle before abrasion to avoid any damage to the device unit.
