Playing Back via Bluetooth

Note

yIf your mobile phone supports A2DP protocol, its music will play through the unit.

yYou can build a Bluetooth connection with a mobile phone or any other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

1	Connect the unit to the compatible amplifier and set the input selector of the amplifier to USB.
	y Compatible with new-series (TX-NRx1x and higher) Onkyo AV receivers. For further details, visit the
	Onkyo web site. (www.onkyo.com) The adapter can only be used with the components listed in the
2	URL. (It cannot be used with computers, for example.)
	Press the PAIRING button on the unit to put the unit into the pairing mode.
3	y The indicator starts blinking.
	During this period, you can operate the mobile phone or Bluetooth-enabled device to pair with
	the unit within a 10 m (33 ft) range.
	y The unit may not work as normal depending on the circumstance even though the unit is placed
	within the 10 m (33 ft) range. In such cases, get the Bluetooth-enabled device closer to the unit and
4	retry the operation.
	Once the unit is detected and its name “Onkyo UBT-1” appears on the display of your Bluetooth-
	enabled device, select the “Onkyo UBT-1”. If a prompt requests a password, key in the “0000”.
5	y When a Bluetooth connection is established successfully, the indicator will be solid on.
	Play back the sound on your Bluetooth-enabled device. The sound from the connected device is

output from the amplifier.

y When disconnecting on your Bluetooth-enabled device, the indicator on the unit will go out.

Note

yIf there is no sound output even after the paring is done successfully, consult the user manual of the Bluetooth-enabled device, and then select the “Onkyo UBT-1” as the audio output device.

ySome Bluetooth audio transmitters may need to re-establish pairing for each connection.

yDepending on the connected devices, the settings of the unit may be changed automatically and the standby power consumption may increase.

Troubleshooting

Bluetooth connection cannot be built.

yWhen building a Bluetooth connection between the unit and your device for the first time, if the connection is fail, you need to power off your device and power on again to clear the device name, and build the connection again.

yWhen connecting the unit to the USB terminal on the rear side of the amplifier, interference may occur and the connection distance may be shortened. To avoid this problem, connect the unit to the USB terminal on the front side of the amplifier.

Riproduzione tramite Bluetooth

ySe il vostro cellulare supporta il protocollo A2DP, la musica verrà riprodotta attraverso l’ unità.

yÈ possibile stabilire una connessione Bluetooth con un telefono cellulare o un altro dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth.

1	Collegare l’unità all’amplificatore compatibile e impostare il selettore di ingresso dell’amplificatore per USB.
	y Compatibile con la nuova serie di ricevitori AV Onkyo (TX-NRx1x e superiore). Per maggiori dettagli,

	y A seconda delle circostanze, l’unità potrebbe non funzionare normalmente anche quando si trovi entro un
4	raggio di 10 m. In questi casi, avvicinare ulteriormente all’unità il dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth e riprovare.
	Una volta che l’unità viene rilevata con il nome “Onkyo UBT-1” che appare sul vostro dispositivo
	abilitato Bluetooth, selezionare “Onkyo UBT-1”. Se una finestra di prompt richiede l’inserimento di
	una password, digitare “0000”.
5	y Quando viene stabilita una connessione Bluetooth con successo, l’indicatore sarà illuminato fisso.
	Riprodurre il suono sul proprio dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth. Il suono in uscita dal dispositivo

collegato viene emesso dall’amplificatore.

y Quando il dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth viene disconnesso, l’indicatore dell’unità si spegne.

Nota

ySe non c’è emissione di suono neanche quando l’accoppiamento è concluso con successo, consultare il manuale utente del dispositivo abilitato Bluetooth, quindi selezionare“Onkyo UBT-1”come dispositivo di uscita audio.

yAlcuni trasmettitori audio Bluetooth potrebbero richiedere il ripristino dell’accoppiamento per ogni connessione.

yA seconda dei dispositivi collegati, le impostazioni dell’unità potrebbero cambiare automaticamente e il consumo di energia in standby potrebbe aumentare.

Risoluzione dei problemi

Impossibile stabilire una connessione Bluetooth.

yQuando si stabilisce per la prima volta una connessione Bluetooth tra l’unità e il dispositivo, se il collegamento fallisce è necessario spegnere il dispositivo e poi riaccenderlo per eliminare il nome del dispositivo, quindi effettuare nuovamente il collegamento.

yQuando si collega l’unità al terminale USB sul lato posteriore dell’amplificatore, potrebbero verificarsi interferenze e la distanza di collegamento potrebbe essere ridotta. Per evitare questo problema, collegare l’unità al terminale USB sul lato anteriore dell’amplificatore.
