MATERIALS
A1 Cross Bar
D4 M12 x 40 x 1.75 Bolts, 2 Nyloc Nuts, 2 off Lock Washers and 6 off 30mm O.D Flat Washers.
E5 M10 x 40 x 1.5 Bolts, 2 Nyloc Nuts, 3 off Lock Washers and 7 off 25mm O.D Flat Washers.
F1 Right hand angle cleat.

FITTING
1.Remove bumper (remove clips along lower edge, clips around wheel arch, 1 tip screw and pull back wheel arch extensions to reveal push in clips. Carefully pull bumper backwards to release from clips on rear panel and disconnect reversing sensors (single plug) and fog lamp).
2.Remove chassis end caps (3 bolts) and insert Left hand chassis stiffener (G) inside chassis, loosely attach Crossbar (A) to Stiffener (G) using Bolts (D) with Flat washers. Loosely attach Stiffener (G) to vehicle chassis using remaining Bolts (D).
3.Insert Nut straps (J) and (K) inside right hand chassis openings and loosely attach Crossbar (A) to vehicle chassis using Bolts (E). Loosely attach Angle cleat (F) to chassis and Cross Bar (A) using remaining Bolts (E). Refit chassis end caps.
4.Fully tighten all bolts.
5.Refit bumper.
6.Attach the chosen Neck (ZF or ZQ), Safety Chain Bracket (SC) and Electrical Plate (EP) Fully tighten all bolts. Fit bolts caps (H).
For use with either
DT134A Flange neck option – ZF2005. Note: This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z11) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball dimensionally Conforming to A50-1 with a ‘D’ and 'S' value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
DT134AQ Detachable Option – ZQ2005. Please refer to ZQ fitting instructions for installation
Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which must be observed. DT134AQF Detachable Option – ZQF2005. Please refer to ZQF fitting instructions for installation
