1. Guidelines
1.1 Guidelines
Guidelines
For your safety and proper use of the mobile phone, please read the following guidelines carefully:
Do not switch the mobile phone on when close to chemical factory, gas station or other explosive
objects.
During driving, please use headset for safety purpose; unless otherwise in emergency, always
n
stop the car on roadside to have a call conversation.
Because the use of the mobile phone can cause interference in the aircraft, never use the mobile
n
phone in aircraft. The use of the mobile phone is dangerous and illegal; do switch off the mobile
phone before boarding.
Pay special attention to the use of the mobile phone near heart pacemaker, deaf-aid and some
n
other medical equipments, because the mobile phone can cause interference with them.
None-original factory’s accessories and parts will lose guarantee.
n
Do not dismantle the mobile phone without permission. In case of failure, please contact the
n
supplier as soon as possible.
Do not plug the charger into the mobile phone and charge without battery. Always power off the
n
mobile phone when taking out the battery; otherwise the memory of the phone may be
damaged.
When charging the mobile phone, always keep it in the place with good ventilation, heat sink and
n
away from flammable and explosive objects.
In order to avoid demagnetization, always keep the mobile phone away from magnetic objects
n
such as CD, credit card etc.
Ensure the mobile phone not to contact any liquid; once such case occurs, remove the battery
n
and contact the supplier immediately.
Do not use the mobile phone in the environment at too high or too low temperature, never
n
expose the mobile phone under strong sunshine or too wet environment. The suitable
temperature for the phone and accessories is 0°-40°. The height to use the phone shall be less
than 2,000m.
Do not use liquid or wet cloth with strong cleanser to clean the mobile phone.

This mobile phone has shooting functions, which shall be used as per the related laws and
n
regulations.
Always keep the mobile phone out of children’s reach. Do not throw or vibrate the mobile phone
n
because violent treatment to the mobile phone may damage the inner circuits and precise
structures.
Please do not discard the waste battery into general household garbage. Please deal with the

waste battery according to provisions where they are definitely made.

3.1 SIM Card Installation
Installing a SIM Card
When registering a mobile phone number, you can apply for two different phone numbers, two
different mobile phone network service providers and thus obtain two SIM (Subscriber
Identification Module) cards.
With these two SIM cards, you can use all functions of your mobile phone. The SIM cards save the
parameters needed for communications and personal data, including PIN (Personal Identification
Number) code, phonebook, short message and other extra system services.

Warning: do not distort or scratch the SIM card nor let it contact static, dust or moisture. If it is
lost, please contact immediately your network operator for help.
Before SIM card installation, please switch off the mobile phone. The SIM card is installed on the
back of the mobile phone.
Follow the following diagram to install the SIM card. Please insert the host SIM card into the
SIM1 slot and the slave SIM card into the SIM2 slot.
Note: if SIM card is inserted only into the SIM1 slot, then only the host works; likely, if SIM card is
inserted only into the SIM2 slot, then only the slave works. When two SIM cards are inserted into
the SIM1 slot and SIM2 slot respectively, you can choose work mode freely as you wish.
Note: as the SIM card is small object, keep it out of children’s touch or prevent children gulping it!

3.3 Memory Card Installation
Installing a Memory Card
As the mobile phone does not have enough storage space, to use some functions, you need to
install a memory card (This mobile phone use T-FLASH card.)
Install T-FLASH card: Open the back cover to take out the battery, insert the T-Flash card into its
slot, and restore the battery and the cover before restarting the mobile phone.
Note: as the T-FLASH card is small object, keep it out of children’s touch or prevent children
gulping it!

Installing the Battery
The mobile phone is suitable for original battery and accessories. When the battery is idle, it is
recommended to put it into the protection box.
Follow the following diagram to install the battery.
Note: do install the battery as per the diagram so as prevent the battery contact patch being
damaged.

3.7 Battery Charging
Battery Charge
The new battery cannot reach the optimal efficiency unless it has undergone several continuous
complete charges and discharges.
When the battery is used up, charge it in time. Over-discharge can damage the battery.
After the battery is charged full, cut off the connection of charger with the AC power supply and
the connection with the mobile phone.
Follow the following diagram to connect the charger.
During charging, the battery capacity icon on the screen flickers from the right to the left. After the
battery is charged full, the icon is full of bars. Slight heat during charging is normal.
Warning: when a travel charger and its accessories are used to charge the battery, please firstly
check if they are original or recognized by the original manufacturer. The use of other accessories
may damage your mobile phone and cause risks! Always use them indoor and in dry places
.

3.9 Notices on using the battery
Notices on using the battery
The performance of the battery is affected by many factors, including radio barrier network
settings, signal strength, signal strength, work temperature, chosen and used functions or settings
as well as phone accessories, tone, data or other applications.
For optimal performances, please follow the rules below:
New battery or the battery having been idle for long need charging for long. The standard
n
voltage scope for the battery is 3.6V-4.2V.
During charging, keep the battery at room temperature or similar temperature.
n
With time passing by, the battery will gradually be worn and thus need longer time to charge.
n
This is normal. However, after normal charging, if call duration decreases but charging time
increases, you need to buy another battery from the original manufacturer or authorized by the
original manufacturer. The battery of interior quality can damage your mobile phone and cause
danger!
If the phone is overused at low battery when charging, there might need a longer time for the
n
charge indicator to be shown on the screen.
Note: please dispose the battery according to the local regulations. Try to recycle the battery as
possible. Do not treat the waste battery as common waste.
Warning: do not throw the battery into fire so as to prevent fire hazard. The broken battery may
cause explosion.
Charging the mobile phone by improper means can cause to explosion. Always refer to the related
regulations for the disposal of the battery.

3.10 PIN code
PIN Code
PIN1 Code: it is the personal identification number used to enter SIM and able to prevent others
using SIM1 without permission. If the mobile phone has activated the PIN1 code protection, when
the mobile phone is switched on, the screen will display “Input PIN”. In the process of inputting
PIN1 code, the screen will use “*” to represent the input content. While obtaining SIM, you can
obtain its PIN1 code.
PIN2 Code: it is the personal identification number used for some special functions.
PUK Code and PUK2 Code (8 digit): to change the locked PIN code, you need to use PUK
(Personal Unblocking Key) code. To change the locked PIN2 code, you need to use PUK2 code. If
these two codes are not provided together with the SIM cards, ask the local service provider for
them.
Warning: if you input the wrong PIN code for three times continuously, the SIM card will be locked.
Please contact the network operator immediately for help. Attempt to unlock the code may make
the SIM card ineffective forever!

4.1 OK Key and Navigation Keys
OK Key and Navigation Keys
OK key is commonly used on various situations. In standby mode, this key will bring up the main
menu, that you can browse through using the Navigation keys (up/down). Once a menu is open,
use the Navigation keys to browse through the options and OK key to confirm.
4.2 Send Keys
Send 1 and Send 2 keys
Use these keys to make a call (after dialing the number, o after selecting an entry from the
Phonebook) via SIM1 or via SIM2. In standby mode, pressing one of these keys will bring up the
recent call history (SIM1 and SIM2 can support up to 20 voices, including Missed calls, Dialed calls
and Received calls).
4.3 End Key and Back Key
End Key and Back Key
In call mode, End key will end the current call; in other situations, it will exit the current menu and
return to standby mode. Pressing the key for 4~5 seconds will switch on or switch off the mobile.
The Back key will exit the current menu or sub-menu and return to the previous screen.
4.4 Standard Keyboard

The phone features a standard modern telephone keypad, with numeric keys 0-9 (A-Z), * key (+)
and # (Speaker) key, total 12 keys.
These keys are used to input numbers, passwords, letters and symbols when writing messages, or
to choose menu options.
In different mode or different menus, “+” key and “Speaker “ key have different functions.
Pressing “SPEAKER” for some seconds will activate/deactivate the vibration mode.

OK Key: in FM radio mode, press this key to turn on/off the FM radio.

Navigation keys (up/down): to start a manual search for radio stations, scrolling the
n
frequency up and down slowly. You can fine tune the radio frequency by +0.1 MHz. or by -0.1
MHz using these keys.
Numeric keys (1-9): if pressed briefly, these keys call up the corresponding channels,
n
previously saved in the channels list; if pressed for a few seconds, they tune the current radio
frequency in the corresponding channel.
4.6 Keyboard Lock
Keypad Lock
In standby mode, after the phone is idle for a certain time period, the keypad become locked.
Press Back and # keys to unlock. When the keypad is locked, it's possible to answer a phone call
just pressing the OK key; after the call is ended, the keypad will be locked again.
You can also lock the keyboard on demand, pressing the OK key for some seconds.

The mobile phone has Italian as preset language, and defaulted abc input mode. For different
areas, there are different languages and corresponding input modes.

modes, each one indicated by one of the following icons:

Services are provided with SIM kit. The mobile phone support service function. The detailed menu
items depend on SIM card and the network. When the network provides such function and your
SIM card supports such function, the service menu will automatically be posted in the services of
the mobile phone.

The callers’ group in the mobile phone includes Friends, Family, VIP, Colleagues and Others.

5.1 Switch On
Switch On
Press the Switch-on/off (End) key to start the mobile phone, then the screen will display the
switch-on image. When the standby screen is displayed, press the OK key to enter the main
menu. Then you can enter Settings menu to set phone modes, including Dual SIM Open, Only
SIM1 Open, Only SIM2 Open and Flight Mode. The defaulted one is Dual SIM Open.
After inserting SIM card, the mobile phone will automatically check the SIM card availability, and
then it will be show the following informations on the display by sequence:
1. “Input phone password”— if you have set a password for the phone.
2. “Input PIN” —if you have set a password for SIM card.
3. “No service”— indicates failure to register; the phone cannot make any calls.
4. “Emergency calls only”— indicates that the phone has registered to other network and can
only make call to 112.
5. “Searching”— the mobile phone is searching for an appropriate network.
6. “Operator name”— indicates network successfully registered.
Nota: If you do not know your PIN code, please contact the network service provider. The mobile
default password code is “1122”.
5.2 Switch Off
Switch off
To switch off the mobile phone, press the End key. When the screen displays the switch-off
animation, the host and the slave SIM will be off at the same time. Do not take out the battery to
switch off the mobile phone. If so, the SIM card can be easily damaged and some data will be lost.
5.3 How to Dial a Call
How to Make a Call
With the number keypad, you can enter phone numbers (if wrong characters are input, press
n
the Back key to delete them). Press the Dial keys to dial the phone number. In SIM1 and SIM2
On state, you can choose to dial a call via SIM1 or SIM2 (Send1 and Send2 keys, respectively).
To end a call, press the End key; or to cancel a dial, press the Back key or the End key. After
the call is connected, you can see the call timer on the screen. If your dialled number is saved in
mobile phone memory, the contact name will be displayed on screen.
Dial a call via Phonebook: enter the Phonebook menu and search the desired name/phone
n
number, and then press Dial keys to dial.
Redial latest dialed number: in standby state, press Dial keys (SIM1 o SIM2) to view the list of
n

the latest dialed 20 phone number or names. Roll to the desired phone number or name and
press Dial keys to dial call

5.4 Adjust Receiver Volume
How to Adjust the Receiver Volume
When speaking to someone, press the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons on the side of
the phone to adjust the volume.
5.5 Answer a Call
How to Answer a Call
When there is an incoming call, you will be alerted with ring, vibration, vibration and ring, or
vibration then ring, according to the settings of the mobile phone.
To receive a call, press Dial/Send Keys or OK key.
To refuse a call, press the End key directly.
If the CLI (Call Line Identity) is opened, the phone number of the caller will be shown on the
screen. If this number has been saved in the phonebook, the name corresponding to this number
will be displayed on the screen.

If you have applied for dial hold, in the call conversation process, choose “Call Center > Call
Settings > SIM (1 or 2) Call Settings > Call Waiting” to have the following function menus:
Activate: to activate the function allowing to place a call on hold.

Deactivate: to deactivate the same function.

Query status: to query the current call status.
n
Nota: some menu's elements need the network support; others may occur under special
conditions. Please contact the network operator for further details.
5.7 Fast SMS Reading
Fast SMS Reading
When the user receives some new SMS, the screen will display an icon of unread SMS. Press Read
to enter and read the SMS. The SIM card 1 unread SMS icon is marked with “1” and SIM card 2
unread SMS icon is marked with “2”.

6.1 Messages
Messages
SMS
SMS is a kind of network service that cannot be used to send and receive short messages until you
apply to the network operator
Both SIM cards of the mobile phone can send and receive SMS. The SMS is sent to the SMS center
of the network and then sent by the network to the target user (GSM user). If the user does not
switch on the mobile phone or the mobile phone cannot receive the SMS (the memory is full), the
network will save the SMS temporarily. The duration of storage depends on sender’s settings and
network service provider.
With this function, the mobile phone can send and receive chain text messages, which may affect
the message fees. For more information, please consult the service provider.
When the SMS capacity is full, there will be an SMS icon flickering on the standby interface. The
full capacity can affect SMS reception. Delete some SMS to solve the problem.
If the other party has received SMS, you will hear the alert sound from the mobile phone (if such
alert function is set as ON)
Note: When sending SMS via the SMS network, the mobile phone may display “Message sent”. It
indicates that the SMS has been sent to the SMS center inbox set in the mobile phone but does not
mean the receiver has received the SMS. For more information, please consult the service
provider.
MMS
MMS are multimedia messages, containing text, sounds, images. When an MMS exceeds the size
limit, the phone will be unable to download it. When an MMS contains images, the phone will
automatically resize the picture to fit to screen.
MMS content visualization depends on how the receiving device interprets the instructions.
Note: you cannot use photo messages unless the network operator or service provider supports
them. You cannot receive and display MMS unless the mobile phone has the compatible MMS or
e-mail function.
Writing messages
You can write text messages in this menu.
Every SMS can contain 160 characters. To write SMS, press “#” key to switch input modes, “*” key
to select Symbols; press Back key to clear one character before the cursor, long-press Back key
to delete all characters; press the End key to go back to the Standby interface, press the up and
down direction keys to choose characters.
The mobile phone can send chain text SMS with more than 160 characters (limit for common text
messages). If the SMS contains more than 160 characters, then the message will be split into 2
pcs or more. You can insert Picture, My picture, Predefined animation, My animation, Predefined
Sound into SMS. However, the SMS will not be received and displayed unless the network and the
receiving mobile phone support this feature.

Send to: you can directly enter the phone number or choose a number from the Phonebook to

send the SMS. In dual-SIM standby mode, you can choose to send the SMS via SIM1 or via
SIM2.
Input method: to select the text input method, choosing among Smart ABC, Smart abc (in
n
various languages), ABC, abc, Numeric, and Insert symbol.
Insert template: there are several text template presets in the mobile phone, which can be
n
used to add a common phrase to an outgoing message.
Advanced:
n
Insert object: to insert multimedia content to your message (pictures, photos, animations,
o
sounds).
Insert number: to insert a contact number from the Phonebook.
o
Insert name: to insert a contact name from the Phonebook.
o
Text Format: to choose some text formatting options, as Style (bold, italics, underline,
o
strikethrough), Alignment (automatic, left, center, right), New paragraph (automatic, left,
center, right).
Save to Drafts: to save a draft of an incomplete message.
n
Inbox
The SMS/MMS Inbox is your personal inbox, which contains received SMS/MMS messages,
separately for SIM1 and SIM2. Opening a message to read its content, you can access to the
following options:
Reply: you can reply to the received message.
n
Call sender: you can dial the number of the sender.
n
SMS Time: you can view date and time of the received message.
n
Forward: you can directly forward the message to other contacts.
n
Delete: delete the current SMS/MMS.
n
Delete all: delete all the SMS/MMS in Inbox.
n
Advanced: you have the further options Use number and Use USSD.
n
Drafts
You can save here your message as a draft — and complete it at a later time - separately for SIM1
and SIM2. Available folder options: Send, Edit, Delete, Delete All and Advanced.
Outbox
Your Outbox contains messages from you to other contacts, separately for SIM1 and SIM2.
Opening a message to read its content, you can access to the following options:
SMS Time: you can view date and time of the message you have sent.
n
Forward: you can directly forward the message to other contacts.
n
Delete: delete the current SMS/MMS.
n
Delete all: delete all the SMS/MMS in Inbox.
n
Advanced: you have the further options Use number and Use USSD.
n
SMS settings
You can set some parameters of the SIM1 SMS or SIM2 SMS in this menu.
Profile settings: to send SMS, you must input the SMS center number; from here you can
n
activate/edit two different profiles.
Note: the SMS center number is provided by the network operator.
Voicemail server: to set name and number of the voicemail server.
n
Common settings
n
Delivery report: the network will inform you whether the other party has received the SMS and
o
display the time of reception.
Reply path: you can send the reply path to the network terminal. This function needs the
o
support from the SMS center.
Save sent message: a copy of the sent message will be saved in the Outbox folder.
o
Memory status: you can check the capacity of the SIM card or the phone for SMS by number
n
Preferred storage: you can set the storage position (SIM or phone) for SMS .

6.2 Phonebook
Phonebook
The mobile phone is provided with the business card folder type Phonebook. Use Add New
Contact to add a new Phonebook entry. The information of every contact saved on the mobile
phone includes name, phone number, picture, tone, callers’ group (five types: family, friends, VIPs,
business and others). Every contact saved into SIM1 and SIM2 can only include name and number.
The mobile phone supports 500 numbers.
Available options:
View
You can view contact details and modify them as often as necessary.
Send text message
You can send text messages to the selected contact.
Call

Settings
User Profiles
Your mobile phone is provided with multiple profiles so that you can customize some settings in
different cases for different events. Firstly, choose a profile and then activate it. You can have such
profiles as General, Meeting, Outdoor, Indoor, Headset and Headset.
The features of each profile can be edited to fit your needs as follows:
Tone settings: to set the tones for Incoming Call (SIM1 and SIM2), Alarm, Power On, Power

Off, SMS Message (SIM1 and SIM2), and Keypad.
Volume: to set the volume of Ring Tone and Keypad Tone.

Alert Type: you can choose the current ring mode among Ring only, Vibration only, Vibration

and Ring, or Vibration then Ring (separately for SIM1 and SIM2).
Ring Type: you can choose the current ring type among Single, Repeat and Ascending

(separately for SIM1 and SIM2).
Extra Tones: to activate/deactivate Warning Tone, Error Tone, Camp on Tone and Call Connect

Tone.
Answer Mode: you can choose to use any key to answer a call.

After customizing the settings, choose “Activate” in “Options” to start the selected profile.
Nota: after inserting headset plug into the matching jack, the mobile phone will automatically
change into Headset profile. Unplug the headset to return to the previous profile.
In standby state, you can press # key to switch to Silent profile and again to the previous profile.

numbers. For those numbers, if you want to make a call simply press the corresponding speed

SIM Security Settings: you can set SIM Lock (PIN code) as on/off. When the SIM Lock feature

is on, the phone only works when you enter PIN code for the SIM card. If you turn on the phone
with the SIM card, the phone will ask for the password. Moreover, you can set Fixed Dial (when
the Fixed Dial mode is enabled, the person using the phone can call to the phone numbers
stored in the Fixed Dial List only; to make a call to number not stored in Fixed Dial List, you
must enter the PIN2 to disable Fixed Dial mode), Barred Dial (when the Barred Dial mode is
enabled, the person using the phone cannot call numbers in the barred dial list; to call a barred
number, you must enter the PIN2 to disable the barred dial mode) and Change the password
for each SIM.
Note: if the SIM card does not have PIN2, it will not support the Fixed Dial/Barred Dial feature.
Phone Lock: when the Phone Lock feature is on, user must enter the password (4-8 digits) each

time you turn on the phone. Making a call or operating the phone is not available without the
password. The initial password is 1122.
Auto Keypad Lock: to prevent unwanted accidental key presses, you can use this auto keypad
¢
lock function. You may not make a call or operate the phone until you press the unlock code.
However, answering a call, receiving messages are available without entering the unlocking key
sequence. Select 5, 30, 60 seconds or 5 minutes as auto keypad lock time.
Cambia Password: to change the password, input the current password, and then enter the

new password. The initial password is “1122”.

Restore Factory Settings
This feature would reset the phone to the same settings as those configured at the factory. In this
case, it does not delete the downloaded objects and phone book records.

Calendar
With this function, you can set the alarm clock to keep track of your schedule and record your
monthly schedule. Roll the highlight block to the desired date and then the current date will be
highlighted in red. To view all memos of one day, press OK and see the schedule.
Available options:
View: you can view the schedule of the date where the cursor is on, and set the time, date,

content and whether to activate alarm on this schedule of todays. When editing the schedule,
you can choose an alarm type with the left and right direction keys. In addition, you can have
such operations as Delete, Delete and Add on the schedule.
View all: you can view the entire schedule of the date where the cursor is on and set the time,

date, content and whether to activate alarm on this schedule. The options available are the same
as the previous feature.
Add event: you can select the type of task to memorize (Reminder, Meeting, Course) and set

start/end date and hour, subject of the task, activate/deactivate alarm, set the frequency for
repeating, location and priority.
Delete event: you can delete the selected task.

Jump to date: you can move the cursor to the specified date on the calendar.

Tasks
You can View, Browse, Add, Edit, Delete, Delete Overdue,Delete All and Send on memos for
various events (date, call, anniversary).
If you have set alarm for the memo, when the set time is reached, the mobile phone will ring and
display the memo content.
Alarm
The time format for the alarm clock is identical to that of clock. When the mobile phone is off, the
alarm clock can still work provided the battery is sufficient. The system has set 5 alarm clock
options and the defaulted is off. You can activate one option or all options according to the actual
demand. Every alarm clock option can set independent time and date. When the time is reached,
the mobile phone will give out alert tone and flicker the current time and date on the screen. Press
Stop to stop alarm clock; press Sleep, then the mobile phone will pause ringing and continue after
4 minutes.
If alarm time is reached but the mobile phone is switched off, then the mobile phone will be switch
on automatically and ring. If Stop is pressed, then the mobile phone will ask you whether to switch
on the mobile phone. Press “No” to switch off the mobile phone and “Yes” to register at the
network and switch on the mobile phone.

After inserting your first number, use the upper direction key for “+” and the lower direction key

Temperature Display
You can activate/deactivate the ambient temperature display. The range of maximum allowance is
± 3°. When the device is held in one's hand for a certain time, the registered temperature tends
naturally to increase.
6.5 Multimedia

Camera
With this function, you can use the inbuilt camera to take photos. The lens of the camera is located
on the back of the slide and the screen is used as the viewing window. All photos taken are in JPG
form. After downloading the photos onto PC, you could need some software to view them.
If the storage space of the mobile phone is insufficient to store the taken photos, it is necessary to
delete some old photos or other files in “File Management” function list to release more space.

6.7 Call Center
Call Center
Call center includes Call history and Call Settings. In dual-SIM mode, you can separately search
the call register of SIM1 and SIM2 and set separately some operations corresponding to SIM1 and
SIM2. In mono-SIM standby mode, you can set the available SIM card and see its call register.
Call history includes missed calls, dialed calls and received calls, delete call log, call time, call
cost, SMS counter, GPRS counter etc.
In missed calls, received calls and dialed calls function list, you can see the date and time of the
call, edit or delete the phone number in the list, save the number to phonebook or send SMS and
MMS to the number, etc.
Note: SIM1 an SIM2 contains respectively 20 entries (including missed calls, dialed calls and
received calls).
Call timers
Last call: with this function, you can view the last call duration.

Close user group
You can set up a dedicated calling group for a specific group of contacts, and specify the numbers
that it will be possible to call.
Advanced Settings
Auto Redial: you can set it as On or Off. After the first automatic redial fails, you can have at
most ten times to connect a phone number.
Call Time Display: you can choose whether the call duration has to be displayed during a
conversation.
Call Time Reminder: you can set a periodic acoustic reminder with an alert every X minutes
during a conversation, so that you can be made aware of the passage of time.
Note: some settings need network support.
6.8 FM Radio
FM Radio
Your mobile phone supports FM radio. To use the mobile phone to listen to the radio, insert the
headset connection cable into the headset port on the mobile phone; otherwise, you can use the
telescopic antenna (when collapsed, you can see its rubber top on the top left side of the phone)
and listen to the radio through the speaker. While listening to the radio, you can dial or receive a
call normally. During call conversation, the radio will turn mute automatically.
When activating the FM Radio for the first time, you can choose the Automatic Channel Search
function (Back key): the device will quickly scan and tune automatically the main local radio
stations.
When the FM radio is activated, the mobile phone will display the number and name (if previously
saved) and frequency of the radio channel. If you have saved some radio channels (at most 9
channels) in the mobile phone, you can browse to choose the desired channel, or press any of
number keys 1-9 to choose the corresponding channel.
Menu Options
Play: to listen to the selected radio station. Each successive pressing of the OK key will alternate

between On and Off.
Delete: to delete the selected radio station from the list.
n
Edit: to change manually name and/or frequency of the radio station. The frequency has to be
n
comprised between 87.5mHz and 108.0mHz.
Press the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons on the side of the phone to adjust the
volume.
6.9 Audio Player

To download music, you must insert the T-Flash card into the mobile phone, switch off the mobile
phone and connect the mobile phone and PC with USB cable; then the PC will detect the new
hardware and create a new mobile HD. Download the chosen MP3 file to under "My Music" of the
mobile disk rather than in such folders as Audio, Images and Photos, otherwise, the file cannot be

played (only the MP3 and MIDI format are supportable). If your PC operation system is Windows
2000 or above, there's no need to install drivers.
Pressing key SIM1 in Audio player mode, the list of available songs will be displayed. Available
options:

Add to ringtones To add the selected track to the ringtones' list.
Refresh list To update the track list after editing (e.g. the deleted music in the file manager will not

Use the Navigation keys (up/down) to scroll the track list.

7 SOS Emergency Function
The mobile phone is equipped with an SOS button (on the back side of the phone) that sends out
an alert to the surrounding people when a person is in trouble.
When the SOS button is switched, the phone can also call up to 5 preconfigured phones (see
Settings > SOS Emergency Setting), and send them an Emergency SMS.
The phone will dial the first SOS number. If there is no response within 20 seconds or the line is
busy, the phone will automatically dial the second, and so on.
If the phone doesn't get any answer after completing its cycle, it will wait for 60 seconds and then
launch another cycle of alternate calls. This procedure will be repeated 5 times.
If there is an answer, the cycle will stop and the phone speaker will be automatically activated.
The S.O.S. function is active on SIM1, if present; if SIM1 is removed, or inactive, or without
network coverage, the same function will be automatically performed through SIM2.
Switch back the button to its original position to disable the SOS function.
Note: when S.O.S. function is active, some other phone functions are unavailable; assure yourself
that the SOS is not inadvertently turned on.

Basic letter input
