THREE TERMINAL LOW DROPOUT VOLTAGE REGULATOR
DESCRIPTION
μPC2400A Series are low dropout regulators which have 1 A capable for the output current. These ICs are built-in the saturation protection circuit of the output transistor.
FEATURES
•Built-in the saturation protection circuit of the output transistor.
•The capability of output current is 1 A
•High accuracy of output voltage.
