Limited3-YearHardwareWarranty
1.MicrosemiCorporation(“Microsemi”)warrantstothepurchaserofthisproductthatitwillbefree
fromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofthree(3)yearsfromthedateofpurchase.
Iftheproductshouldbecomedefectivewithinthewarrantyperiod,Microsemi,atitsoption,will
repairorreplacetheproduct,orrefundthepurchaser'spurchasepricefortheproduct,providedit
isdeliveredatthepurchaser'sexpensetoanauthorizedMicrosemiservicefacilityortoMicrosemi.
2.Repairorreplacementpartsorproductswillbefurnishedonanexchangebasisandwilleitherbe neworreconditionedandwillbesubjecttooriginalwarrantyterm.
