D1 Wiring Type

CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS

MODELS: T, GT, J, H, GH, SD, GSD

Instructions to convert a standard control box with type C2 / B2 control wiring to type D1 control wiring

Type D1 wiring Function: Constant contact to open and close with wiring for sensing device to stop

Locate terminal block in electrical control box. Ensure C2 / B2 control jumper (red) wire is positioned on terminal # 2 for (C2) constant pressure to close.

Disconnect orange wire between terminal #7 and R1 Relay normally open contact at Relay side and tape end to terminate connection. Note: keeping this wire will allow for reverting back to B2 / C2 wiring type in the future. Remove and discard wire if desired.

Place a jumper between terminals #3 and #4.

SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM

Disconnect power to the operator(s) before making control wiring modification.

Terminate Connection between terminal #7 and R1 Relay N.O. contact

Move yellow wire from terminal #3 to #1

Place existing C2/B2 red wire on terminal #2 quick connect

Add Jumper between terminal #3 and #4.
