KODAK Rapid Charger

Charge your KODAK KAA2HR/KAA2HR-PC Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery Pack

Approximate charging time: 2-1/2 hours.

Refresh your KODAK KAA2HR Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery Pack

If you are getting fewer than 20 pictures per charge, you may need to refresh your Battery Pack as follows:

1. Place Battery Pack in charger.

2. Press the refresh button for 3 seconds.

A full refresh cycle can take up to 8 hours. For best results, refresh the Battery Pack overnight; do not interrupt the discharge/recharge cycle.

Important Charging Information for Ni-MH Batteries

Ni-MH batteries may not charge to full capacity the first time they are charged, or after a long period of non-use.

The first-time charge of the KODAK KAA2HR Ni-MH Rechargeable Battery Pack should take approximately 2-1/2 hours. If the blinking green light stops, indicating a full charge, in less than 2-1/2 hours, follow the refresh instructions above.

A refresh cycle may also need to be performed if your Battery Pack is left uncharged for longer than 2 months.

Safety Tips

Unplug the charger from the power outlet when not in use.

Use only the type of power source indicated on the charger.

Unplug the charger before cleaning with a damp cloth.

Do not push sharp or conductive objects into the charger.

Do not use the charger as a DC power supply.

Do not use the charger if the power plug is loose or damaged.

Charger and batteries can become warm while charging. Do not cover or block airflow.

Do not use the batteries if they are damaged or leaking fluid.

Do not solder to the battery.

For connection to a supply not in the U.S.A., use an attachment plug adapter of the proper configuration for the power outlet. This battery charger is intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor mount position.

The charger is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons unless they have been adequately supervised by a responsible person to ensure that they can use the charger safely.

Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the charger.
