aclassCmobilityproduct(outdoors).Becauseofitssize itislesssuitableforuseinindoorenvironments,buthasa longerdrivingrangeandtheabilitytoovercomelargerand moredifcultobstaclesinoutdoorsettings.
1.4Intendeduse
Thismobilitydevicewasdesignedforpersonswhoseability towalkisimpaired,butwhoarestillintermsoftheir eyesightandphysicallyandmentallyabletooperatean electricmobilitydevice.
1.5Regulations
ThevehiclewassuccessfullytestedaccordingtoGerman andinternationalstandardsastoitssafety .Itsatises therequirementsaccordingtoRoHS2011/65/EU,REACH 1907/2006/ECandDINEN12184includingEN1021-2and ISO7176–14.Itwasalsotestedsuccessfullyaccordingto EN60529IPX4astoitsresistancetospraywater,andis thereforewellsuitedforweatherconditionssuchastypical Europeanweatherconditions.Whenequippedwithan appropriatelightingsystem,thevehicleissuitableforuse onpublicroads.
1.6Warranty
Thetermsandconditionsofthewarrantyarepartofthe generaltermsandconditionsparticulartotheindividual countriesinwhichthisproductissold.
1.7Servicelife

2.3Safetyinformationonelectromagnetic interference
Thiselectricvehiclewassuccessfullytestedinaccordance withInternationalstandardsastoitscompliancewith ElectromagneticInterference(EMI)regulations.However, electromagneticelds,suchasthosegeneratedbyradioand televisiontransmitters,andcellularphonescaninuencethe functionsofelectricvehicles.Also,theelectronicsusedin ourvehiclescangeneratealowlevelofelectromagnetic interference,whichhoweverwillremainwithinthetolerance permittedbylaw.Forthesereasonsweaskyoutoplease observethefollowingprecautions:

–Ifatallpossible,avoiddrivingonwet,slippery ,
icy,oroilysurfaces(suchassnow,gravel, iceetc.)wherethereisariskofyoulosing controloverthemobilitydevice,especiallyon agradient.Thismayincludecertainpaintedor otherwisetreatedwoodsurfaces.Ifdrivingon suchasurfaceisinevitable,thenalwaysdrive slowlyandwiththeutmostcaution.
–Neverattempttoovercomeanobstaclewhen
onanuphillordownhillgradient.
–Neverattempttodriveupordownaightof
steps.
–Alwaysapproachobstaclesstraighton.Ensure
thatthefrontwheelsandrearwheelsmove overtheobstacleinonestroke,donotstop halfway.Donotexceedthemaximumobstacle height(referto12Technicaldata,page59
