Theuseofascooterisadvisableforpersons:
whoseabilitytowalkisimpaired,or
whosebalanceisimpaired,or
whocannotwalklongdistances,or
whocannotdrivevehiclessuchascars,bikesor mopeds.
Theusermusthaveenoughupperbodystrengthtositon ascooterseat.Theusermustbeabletoproperlyoperate anelectromotivedriveunit.

aclassBmobilityproduct(forindoorandoutdoorareas).It isthereforecompactandagileenoughforindoorareas,but alsoabletoovercomemanyobstaclesinoutdoorareas.
TheOrion
PRO
hasbeenclassiedaccordingtoEN12184as
aclassCmobilityproduct(outdoors).Becauseofitssize itislesssuitableforuseinindoorenvironments,buthasa longerdrivingrangeandtheabilitytoovercomelargerand moredifcultobstaclesinoutdoorsettings.
1.6Regulations
ThevehiclewassuccessfullytestedaccordingtoGerman andinternationalstandardsastoitssafety.Itsatises therequirementsaccordingtoRoHS2011/65/EU,REACH 1907/2006/ECandDINEN12184includingEN1021-2and
ISO7176–14.Itwasalsotestedsuccessfullyaccordingto EN60529IPX4astoitsresistancetospraywater ,andis thereforewellsuitedforweatherconditionssuchastypical Europeanweatherconditions.Whenequippedwithan appropriatelightingsystem,thevehicleissuitableforuse onpublicroads.
1.7Warrantyinformation
Weprovideamanufacturer’swarrantyfortheproduct inaccordancewithourGeneralTermsandConditionsof Businessintherespectivecountries.
Warrantyclaimscanonlybemadethroughtheprovider fromwhomtheproductwasobtained.
1.8Servicelife
Weestimateaservicelifeofveyearsforthisproduct, provideditisusedinstrictaccordancewiththeintended useassetoutinthisdocumentandallmaintenanceand servicerequirementsaremet.Theestimatedservicelifecan beexceedediftheproductiscarefullyusedandproperly maintained,andprovidedtechnicalandscienticadvances donotresultintechnicallimitations.Theservicelifecan alsobeconsiderablyreducedbyextremeorincorrectusage. –Ifafailureexists,switchofftheremoteand
switchitonagain.
–Ifafailurestillexists,thendisconnector
removethepowersource.Dependingonthe mobilitydevicemodel,youcaneitherremove thebatterypacksordisconnectthebatteries fromthepowermodule.Ifindoubtwhich cabletodisconnect,contactyourprovider.
–Inanycase,contactyourprovider .
2.3Safetyinformationonelectromagnetic interference
Thiselectricvehiclewassuccessfullytestedinaccordance withInternationalstandardsastoitscompliancewith ElectromagneticInterference(EMI)regulations.However , electromagneticelds,suchasthosegeneratedbyradioand televisiontransmitters,andcellularphonescaninuencethe functionsofelectricvehicles.Also,theelectronicsusedin ourvehiclescangeneratealowlevelofelectromagnetic interference,whichhoweverwillremainwithinthetolerance permittedbylaw.Forthesereasonsweaskyoutoplease observethefollowingprecautions:

–Avoidshiftingyourcenterofgravityaswellas
abruptchangesofdirectionwhenthemobility deviceisinmotion.
