1.3TechnicalDescription
Mobilepatientliftsaretransferdevicesdesignedtobeused inmostofthecommonliftingsituations,forexample:
Betweenthebedandthewheelchair
T oandfromthetoilet
Loweringandraisingpatientsto/fromtheoor
Themobilepatientliftcanbeusedtotransferandposition completelyorpartiallyimmobilepatients,whocannotbe transferredwithothertypesofliftsortransferaids.All positionchangesarepossiblewithoutassistanceofthe patient.Themobilepatientliftisonlyintendedtolift patientsuptothemaximumweightlimitstatedintechnical data.Therearenoknowncontra-indicationsforthisproduct.
Selectingtheappropriateslingsandaccessoriesforeach individualisimportanttoassuresafetywhenusingapatient lift.SeeInvacare’sslingandaccessoryusermanualsfor furtherinformationonthosedevices.

2.PressdownonthetabsAtolockrearcastersB.
3.UnscrewthetopknobCandremoveitfromthebase D.
4.LoosenthebottomknobE,butleaveitscrewedinto thebase.
5.Connectthemastassemblycable(notshown)tothe basecable(notshown).
6.PositionthetubeofthemastassemblyFintothehole inthebaseassembly .Makesurenottosqueezethe cablesbetweenmastandbase.
7.Whilesupportingthemastassembly,tightenthebottom knob.
8.Screwthetopknobintotheholeinthebase,ensuring thetopknobistightened.
9.ReverseSTEPS2–8todisassemblethelift.

1.PlacethebatterychargerwithmountingbracketAon thewallatthedesiredposition.
2.Withapencil,markthemiddleholeBposition.
3.Measuredown6½inches(16.5cm)fromthepencil markanddrillonemountinghole.
4.InstallbottommountingscrewCuntilthereisan approximate1/8-inch(3mm)gapbetweenscrewhead andwall.
5.Installthebatterychargerwithmountingbracketonto thebottommountingscrew.
6.Drilltheremainingtwomountingholes.
7.InstallthetworemainingmountingscrewsDthrough themountingbracketandintothewall.Tighten securely.
8.Plugthebatterychargerintothewallelectricaloutlet.
LEDlightindicatingONshouldilluminate.
