toanother(suchasabedtoawheelchair).

1.3TechnicalDescription

Mobilepatientliftsaretransferdevicesdesignedtobeused
inmostofthecommonliftingsituations,forexample:

•Betweenthebedandthewheelchair

•T oandfromthetoilet

•Loweringandraisingpatientsto/fromtheoor

Themobilepatientliftcanbeusedtotransferandposition
completelyorpartiallyimmobilepatients,whocannotbe
transferredwithothertypesofliftsortransferaids.All
positionchangesarepossiblewithoutassistanceofthe
patient.Themobilepatientliftisonlyintendedtolift
patientsuptothemaximumweightlimitstatedintechnical
data.Therearenoknowncontra-indicationsforthisproduct.

Selectingtheappropriateslingsandaccessoriesforeach
individualisimportanttoassuresafetywhenusingapatient
lift.SeeInvacare’sslingandaccessoryusermanualsfor
furtherinformationonthosedevices.

3.UnscrewthetopknobCandremoveitfromthebase

5.Connectthemastassemblycable(notshown)tothe
basecable(notshown).

6.PositionthetubeofthemastassemblyFintothehole
inthebaseassembly .Makesurenottosqueezethe
cablesbetweenmastandbase.

7.Whilesupportingthemastassembly,tightenthebottom
knob.

8.Screwthetopknobintotheholeinthebase,ensuring
thetopknobistightened.

9.ReverseSTEPS2–8todisassemblethelift.

5.Installthebatterychargerwithmountingbracketonto
