cylinderfittings.NEVERuseanypenetratingoil
orlubricantsuchasWD-40®or3-in-1Oil®.If
connectiondifficultyisexperiencedverifythatthe
cylinderfittingisbeinginsertedstraightdowninto
thecompressorcoupler.Ifcontinueddifficultyis
experiencedcontactyoursupplierforassistance.

2.Inserttheoppositeendoftheinterconnecthoseintotheinlet
fittingDonthesideofthecompressorE.

ThemetaltabsGontheconcentratoroutletfitting
andthecompressorinletfittingFwillpopoutwithan
audible“click”whentheendoftheinterconnecthose
isproperlyinstalled.

3.Loopanyexcessinterconnecthoseandsecuretothebackof
theconcentratorwiththefasteningstraps.

qDisconnectandremovethefullcylinder.
qPushthecompressorpowerswitchtotheOff(O)position.
qIffillinganothercylinder,repeatthischecklist.

1.Examinetheoutsideofthecylinderforthefollowingconditions,
andreplacethecylinderiftheyexist:

•Dentsordings

•Arcburns

•Oilorgrease

•Anyothersignsofdamagethatmightcauseacylindertobe

unacceptableorunsafeforuse.

2.Examinethecylinderforevidenceoffireorthermaldamage.
Evidenceincludescharringorblisteringofthepaint,orother
protectivecoatingorheatsensitiveindicator.Iffireorthermal
damageisfound,replacethecylinder.

3.Inspectthecylinder/regulatorassemblyforthefollowing,and
replaceiffound:

•Debris,oilorgrease

•Noticeablesignsofdamage

•Signsofcorrosioninsidethevalve

•Signsofexcessiveheatorfiredamage

4.5Connecting/DisconnectingtheCylinder
to/fromtheCompressor

5.Whenthecylinderfillportisdisconnectedfromtheconnector
fillport,releasetheouterring(sleeve)oftheconnectorfillport

cradle.
