Instructions for service on DOLOMITE Jazz rollator
The following check-ups and controls are to be done when maintaining the Dolomite Jazz rollator
Examine that/if: To do: Comments: OK

The wheel spins easily. Change the wheel and locking nut.

The tread is not damaged.
Tighten the bolts, (use permanent locking
glue if locking nut is not available).
Use new locking nut!
3
The wheel bolts are properly tightened.
Tighten the bolts, (use permanent locking
glue if locking nut is not available).
Use new locking nut!
4
The screws on rear forks are tightened.
Tighten the screws.
5
The front fork is properly assembled into the frame.
Tighten the front fork in the frame with
60 Nm.
6
The front fork has no damages.
Change the fork. Tighten the front fork in
the frame with 60 Nm.
7
The rear fork has no mechanical
damages.
Change the fork.
8
All wheels have contact with plane
surface.
Adjust the rear wheel by moving rear fork
up or down.
WHEEL/FORKS

The brake flap is not worn out. Exchange brake flap

The brake flap returns after braking. Change the brake flap or wire and cover. (spring can be jammed)
3
The brake wire moves easily in the
wire cover.
Change wire and, if needed, cover.
4
Full braking action is obtained.
Adjust the braking action with the wire
adjusting screws.
The distance between the
brake flap and the wheel
must not exceed the following meassurements:
Futura with DABS II fork:
2 mm
Legacy with DABS fork:
2,5 mm
Legacy with DABS II fork:
4 mm

End parts on wire-covers are not
damaged.
Change the wire cover.

Brake handle/housing is not
damaged.
Change the brake handle.
