Duringtransportation,orwhenthepatientliftisnottobe usedforsometime,theemergencystopbuttonshouldbe pushedin.
Afoldedordisassembledliftcanbelocatedinthepackaging box,fortransportationandstorage.
Foldedliftscanbepulledontherearwheelsandliftswith amanuallegspreadercanbeparkedinanuprightposition withthemast/boomassemblypointingupwards.
Thepatientliftmustbestoredatnormalroomtemperature. Ifitisstoredinadamp,coldorwetenvironmentthenthe motorandothermountingpartsmaybepronetocorrosion. See11.4Environmentalconditions,page30
