Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le fonctionnement de l’appareil et les précautions à suivre pour la sécurité de l’utilisateur.
Merci de le lire attentivement avant la première utilisation et de le conserver soigneusement pour
toute relecture future.
Ces instructions doivent être lues et bien comprises avant toute opération.
Toute modication ou maintenance non indiquée dans le manuel ne doit pas être entreprise.
Tout dommage corporel ou matériel dû à une utilisation non-conforme aux instructions de ce manuel
ne pourra être retenu à la charge du fabricant.
En cas de problème ou d’incertitude, veuillez consulter une personne qualiée pour manier correctement l’appareil.
Cet appareil doit être utilisé uniquement pour aspirer des poussières de ponçage de carrosseries, qui
peuvent être en aluminium, Le stockage de particules d’aluminium nécessite des précautions spéci-
ques répondant à la norme ATEX.
Il faut respecter les instructions relatives à la sécurité. En cas d’utilisation inadéquate ou dangereuse,
le fabricant ne pourra être tenu responsable.
Utiliser uniquement les accessoires fournis avec l’appareil ou ceux spéciés dans la notice d’instructions. L’utilisation d’accessoires diérents peut compromettre la sécurité.
Le niveau de pression acoustique (bruit) émis par l’appareil en fonctionnement est de L= 70 dB(A)
Une connaissance et une sensibilisation des risques du travail en zone ATEX est indispensable pour
l’utilisation de cet appareil

L’appareil appartient au groupe II catégorie 3D selon la classication de la Directive ATEX. Il est donc
apte l’utilisation en zone 22.
Cela veut dire qu’il peut être utilisé aux endroits où une atmosphère explosive poussiéreuse, sous
forme de nuage de poussière combustible dans l’air, n’est pas susceptible de se présenter en fonc-
tionnement normal, mais peut persister uniquement pendant une courte de durée.
RACCORDEMENT
Cet appareil doit être relié à la terre à l’aide de la pince fournie.
Connecter la pince de masse du produit à un point relié à la terre du bâtiment.
ATTENTION : Toujours connecter la pince de masse du produit à la terre du bâtiment, pendant l’utilisation de l’aspirateur, ou lors du vidage ou remplacement du sac à poussières.

ENTRETIEN
• L’entretien ne doit être eectué que par une personne qualiée.
La notice d’instructions doit donner des précisions concernant les éléments suivants, si applicable :
• Avertissement ! Débrancher toujours l’alimentation en air comprimé avant d’eectuer des travaux
sur l’appareil.
• On considère que le sac est plein et à vider, quand il contient 7 kgs de poussières. En situation, cela
correspond à une hauteur de poussières de 8 cm.
• Une baisse ou une perte d’aspiration peuvent être observées dans certains cas :
- Le module d’aspiration n’aspire plus, même avec un sac neuf. Les conduits du module d’aspiration
sont encrassés et refoulent l’air vers le tuyau. Ces amas de poussières peuvent se créer lors d’une
utilisation prolongée du module d’aspiration avec le sac plein, ou bien avec l’aspiration de matières
humides, qui nissent par déposer une pellicule de plus en plus épaisse dans les conduits du module
d’aspiration.
Nettoyage à l’aide du goupillon dans les conduits, décolle ces poussières et le module d’aspiration retrouve ses performances initiales.
• Régulièrement, enlever le capot et dépoussiérer à la souette. En proter pour faire vérier la tenue
de la connexion à terre (pince et câble)
• N’utiliser en aucun cas des solvants ou autres produits nettoyants agressifs
• Nettoyer les surfaces de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chion sec.

Le compartiment à poussières doit être vidé si nécessaire, mais également après chaque utilisation.
Pour les poussières dont l’énergie d’inammation est inférieure à 1mJ, des restrictions supplémentaires émanant de la législation du travail peuvent s’appliquer.
Les appareils du Type 22 ne sont pas adaptés à l’aspiration des poussières ou des liquides présentant un risque d’explosion élevé, ni des mélanges de poussières combustibles et de liquides.
MISE EN GARDE – N’utiliser que des accessoires approuvés par le fabricant pour l’utilisation du Type
22. L’utilisation d’autres accessoires peut provoquer des risques d’explosion

Les parties conductrices des appareils, y compris les hottes aspirantes et les parties conductrices des
appareils de la Classe II, doivent être mises à la terre par un moyen électrostatique. La mise à la terre
électrostatique peut être réalisée à travers l’extracteur de poussière ou à travers un dispositif de mise
à la terre électrostatique indépendant.

Les extracteurs de poussière du Type 1 et du Type zone protégée contre les décharges électrosta-
tique ne sont pas adaptés aux appareils dans lesquels des sources d’inammation sont produites.
PNEUMATIQUE
La pression de réseau d’air en entrée doit être inférieure, ou égale à 10 bars.
Une pression pneumatique supérieure aux préconisations peut altérer le fonctionnement du produit,
avec une perte importante d’aspiration. Dans ce cas, il faut réaliser un contrôle de la pression en
entrée du produit, et sur le système d’aspiration, situé à l’intérieur du produit. (Réglage 4 bars max).
Un disfonctionnement du système d’aspiration peut se produire lorsque le sac est plein ou complètement obturé. Il faut alors retirer le sac plein, et le remplacer par un nouveau. Pour le sac, il faut
respecter la préconisation du fabricant.
PONCEUSE
Une ponceuse pneumatique (non fournie) avec embout d’aspiration Ø32, se raccorde à l’aspirateur. Elle se raccorde
également au réseau pneumatique par l’intermédiaire de l’embout automatique inclus dans le tuyau d’aspiration.
MISE EN GARDE
Les indications suivantes :
1. Avant utilisation, lire les instructions
2. Relier la pince de masse métallique de l’aspirateur à une partie du lieu de travail reliée au circuit de terre de
l’installation. (L’aspiration et la circulation de poussières génère de l’électricité statique).
3. Déconnecter l’alimentation pneumatique avant l’opération de changement de sac.
Le sac de poussières doit éviter le contact avec les ammes ou les étincelles.

MISE EN PLACE DU SAC À POUSSIÈRES (058880)
AVERTISSEMENT : durant cette opération, des atmosphères explosibles et des dépôts de poussières
peuvent se former ; éviter d’introduire dans le voisinage de l’appareil des sources potentielles d’amorce
comme : étincelles mécaniques, parties électriques, surfaces chaudes, ammes, gaz chauds, charges
électrostatiques. Suivre les normes de comportement internes en présence d’atmosphères explosibles
conformément à la directive Atex 2014/34/UE.
• Vérier, au moins à la n de la journée de travail, le remplissage du sac à poussières à l’intérieur de l’aspirateur.
• Passage du goupillon, toutes les 4 heures.
• La capacité maximale du sac à poussières est de 7 kg et de 20 l de volume : ne pas dépasser cette limite !
• Au cas où le sac enlevé présenterait des déchirures, procéder en faisant attention et en suivant les normes de
comportement internes en présence d’atmosphères explosibles conformément à la directive Atex 2014/34/UE.
• Ne pas utiliser plus d’une fois le même sac à poussières et utiliser EXCLUSIVEMENT le sac à poussières GYS ayant le
code 058880.
• Les sacs de rechange doivent être stockés dans un lieu sec.
• Pour leur élimination, agir conformément à la loi et aux normes de comportement internes pour la manutention des
poussières explosibles.

Étapes de la mise en place du sac à poussières

1 - Eectuer cette opération avec la pince métallique reliée au circuit de terre de l’installation.
2 - Fermer le robinet d’alimentation de l’air comprimé présent sur le dessus de l’aspirateur.
3 - Débrancher le raccord rapide d’alimentation sur l’arrière de
l’aspirateur avant d’ouvrir le capot arrière. Utiliser les verrous
aeurant pour ouvrir le capot.
4 - Décrocher la bride du sac à poussières de la bouche d’aspiration, fermer avec le bouchon prévu à cet eet le sac
à poussières pour éviter que les poussières ne s’échappent du sac au cours du transport. Soulever soigneusement le
sac à poussières et le déposer dans une zone prévue pour cela à l’intérieur de l’installation ATEX.
5 - Éliminer les éventuels dépôts de poussières à l’intérieur du
seau.
6 - Placer un nouveau sac à poussières dans le seau, en reliant la bride à la bouche d’aspiration.
7 - Contrôler s’il y a des ruptures ou des déchirures sur le tissu ltrant.
8 - Fermer le capot en le claquant en s’assurant de ne pas déchirer le sac.

9 - Relier l’alimentation de l’air comprimé à l’arrière de l’aspirateur avec le raccord rapide prévu à cet eet.

BRANCHEMENT DE L’ASPIRATEUR

NETTOYAGE DES DÉPÔTS DE POUSSIÈRES
A la n de la journée de travail, vérier s’il y des dépôts de poussières sur les surfaces planes de l’aspirateur (à l’avant,
sur le dessus, etc.). S’il y a des dépôts de poussières, s’assurer que la pince métallique de l’aspirateur est reliée au
circuit de terre de l’installation et enlever soigneusement les dépôts de poussières, en évitant de créer des atmosphères
explosibles.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La garantie couvre tous défauts ou vices de fabrication pendant 2 ans, à compter de la date d’achat (pièces et maind’œuvre).
La garantie ne couvre pas :
• Toutes autres avaries dues au transport.
• L’usure normale des pièces (Ex. : câbles, pinces, etc.).
• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).
• Les pannes liées à l’environnement (pollution, rouille, poussière).
En cas de panne, retourner l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :
- un justicatif d’achat daté (ticket de sortie de caisse, facture…)
- une note explicative de la panne.

WARNINGS - SAFETY RULES
GENERAL INSTRUCTION
This user’s manual contains information on the operation of the device and the precautions to be
taken for the safety of the user. Please read it carefully before using the machine for the rst time and
keep it for future reference.
These instructions must be read and understood before any operation.
Any modication or maintenance not specied in the manual must not be undertaken.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property arising from use not in
accordance with the instructions in this manual.
In case of any problem or uncertainty, please consult a qualied person to handle the appliance
correctly. THIS UNIT SHOULD ONLY BE USED TO EXTRACT DUST FROM THE SANDING
OF CAR BODIES, WHICH MAY BE ALUMINIUM. The storage of aluminium particles requires
specic precautions in accordance with the ATEX standard.
The safety instructions must be observed. In case of improper or dangerous use, the manufacturer
cannot be held responsible.
Use only the accessories supplied with the appliance or those specied in the instruction manual. The
use of other accessories may compromise safety.
The sound pressure level (noise) emitted by the device during operation is L= 70 dB(A).

Knowledge and awareness of the risks of working in ATEX zones is essential for the use of this
equipment.
The device belongs to group II category 3D according to the classication of the ATEX Directive. It is
therefore suitable for use in Zone 22.
This means that it can be used in places where an explosive dust atmosphere, in the form of a cloud
of combustible dust in the air, is not likely to occur during normal operation, but may persist only for
a short time.
CONNECTION
This appliance must be grounded using the clamp provided.
Connect the ground clamp of the product to a part connected to ground of the building.
CAUTION : Always connect the ground of the product to the ground of the building, especially when
using the dust extractor, or when emptying the dust bag or replacing it.
MAINTENANCE
• Maintenance should only be carried out by a qualied person.
The instruction manual should give details of the following, if applicable:
• Warning! Always disconnect the compressed air supply before working on the device.
• The bag is considered full and should be emptied when it contains 7 kg of dust. In this situation, this
corresponds to a dust height of 8 cm.
• A decrease or loss of aspiration may be observed in some cases:
- The suction module no longer sucks, even with a new bag. The ducts of the suction module are
clogged and push air into the hose. These dust accumulations can occur when the suction module is
used for a long period of time with a full bag, or when wet materials are sucked in, resulting in a thicker
and thicker lm in the suction module ducts.
Cleaning with the brush in the ducts removes this dust and the suction module returns to its
original performance.
• Regularly remove the cover and blow out the dust. Take the opportunity to check the earth connection (clamp and cable)
• Never use solvents or other aggressive cleaning agents
• Clean the surfaces of the device with a dry cloth.

PNEUMATICS
For dusts with an ignition energy of less than 1mJ, additional restrictions from labour legislation may
apply.
Type 22 units are not suitable for the extraction of dusts or liquids with a high explosion risk, or mixtures of combustible dusts and liquids.
CAUTION - Use only accessories approved by the manufacturer for use with the Type 22. Use of
other accessories may cause an explosion hazard.
CAUTION - Use only accessories approved for use with the ESD protected area type. Use of other
accessories may cause electrostatic discharge.
The appliance should only be operated when all lters, including the engine cooling air lters, are in
place and undamaged.
Dust extractors of the electrostatically protected area type are suitable for connection to dust-producing appliances in electrostatically protected areas It must be ensured that no ignition sources are
drawn in. Conductive parts of appliances, including extractor hoods and conductive parts of Class II
appliances, must be electrostatically grounded. Electrostatic earthing can be achieved through the
dust extractor or through an independent electrostatic earthing device.
Type 1 and Type 2 ESD protected dust extractors are not suitable for use in equipment where ignition
sources are produced.
The inlet air system pressure must be less than or equal to 10 bar.
A higher pneumatic pressure than recommended can alter the operation of the product, with a signi-
cant loss of suction. In this case, it is necessary to check the pressure at the product inlet and on the
suction system, located inside the product. (Setting 4 bars max). A malfunction of the suction system
can occur when the bag is full or completely blocked. In this case, the full bag must be removed and
replaced by a new one. For the bag, the manufacturer’s recommendations must be followed. Dry and
ltered air supply.
SANDING MACHINE
A pneumatic sander (not included) with a Ø32 mm suction nozzle connects to the hoover. It can also be connected to
the pneumatic network via the automatic nozzle included in the suction hose.

FITTING THE DUST BAG (058880)
WARNING: during this operation, explosive atmospheres and dust deposits may be formed; avoid
introducing potential sources of ignition such as: mechanical sparks, electrical parts, hot surfaces,
ames, hot gases, electrostatic charges in the vicinity of the device. Follow the internal standards
for behaviour in the presence of potentially explosive atmospheres according to the Atex Directive
2014/34/EU.
• Check, at least at the end of the working day, that the dust bag inside the hoover is full.
• The maximum capacity of the dust bag is 7 kg and 20 l volume: do not exceed this limit!
• In the event that the removed bag shows tears, proceed with care and following the internal standards of behaviour
in the presence of explosive atmospheres in accordance with the Atex Directive 2014/34/EU.
• Do not use the same dust bag more than once and use ONLY the GYS dust bag with code 058880.
• Spare bags should be stored in a dry place.
• For disposal, act in accordance with the law and internal standards of behaviour for handling explosive dusts.

Steps for tting the dust bag
1 - Carry out this operation with the metal clamp connected to the earth circuit of the installation.
2 - Close the compressed air supply valve on top of the hoover.
3 - Disconnect the quick disconnect power connector on the
back of the hoover before opening the rear cover. Use the ush
latches to open the bonnet.
4 - Unhook the ange of the dust bag from the suction port, close the dust bag with the cap provided to prevent dust
from escaping from the bag during transport. Carefully lift the dust bag and place it in a designated area within the
ATEX installation.
5 - Remove any dust deposits inside the bucket.
6 - Place a new dust bag in the bucket, connecting the ange to the suction port.
7 - Check for breaks or tears in the lter cloth.
8 - Close the cover by slamming it shut, making sure not to tear the bag.
9 - Connect the compressed air supply to the rear of the hoover with the quick coupling provided.

CONNECTING THE HOOVER

FAILURES AND ANOMALIES

Check that the hoover is connected to the unlubricated
compressed air network.

It is set at the factory and should be at 3.5 bar.
Check that no hoses are pinched or disconnected.

CLEANING OF DUST DEPOSITS
At the end of the working day, check for dust deposits on the at surfaces of the hoover (front, top, etc.). If there are
dust deposits, make sure that the metal clamp of the hoover is connected to the earth circuit of the installation and
carefully remove the dust deposits, avoiding creating explosive atmospheres.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.

Dieses Benutzerhandbuch beschreibt die Funktionsweise des Geräts und führt die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen auf, die beim Gebrauch zu befolgen sind.
Jedem Nutzer müssen diese Regeln von Anfang an bekannt sein. Das Handbuch ist in der Nähe des
Geräts aufzubewahren, so dass jederzeit Zugri besteht.
Personen, die die Anweisungen nicht verstehen oder befolgen können, ist die Verwendung des Geräts
untersagt.
Umbauten, Veränderungen oder Wartungsmaßnahmen, die in diesem Handbuch nicht beschrieben

An Zubehörteilen sind ausschließlich die mitgelieferten Elemente zulässig oder solche, die in der
Bedienungsanleitung ausdrücklich genannt sind - sonstige Komponenten ausschließlich nach schrif-
tlicher Genehmigung durch den Hersteller.

ANSCHLUSS
Der Schallpegel dieses Geräts (Lärmpegel) liegt im Einsatz bei L= 70 dB(A).
Am Einsatzort müssen die Sicherheitsbestimmungen gemäß ATEX bekannt sein und eingehalten
werden. Andernfalls ist der Betrieb des Geräts untersagt.
Das Gerät gehört zur Gruppe II Kategorie 3D gemäß ATEX - Klassizierung und ist somit zum Gebrauch in Zone 22 in staubexplosionsgefährdeten Bereichen zugelassen.
Dies bedeutet, dass es in Bereichen eingesetzt werden kann, in denen bei Normalbetrieb nicht damit
zu rechnen ist, dass explosionsfähige Atmosphäre in Form einer Wolke brennbaren Staubs in Luft
entsteht - wenn sie aber dennoch auftrtt, dann nur kurzzeitig.
Das Gerät ist mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Erdungsklemme zu erden.
Verbinden Sie die Metallklammer mit einem Teil des Bereichs, der mit dem Erdungssystem der Fabrik
verbunden ist.
ACHTUNG: Verbinden Sie die Maschine immer mithilfe der Metallklemme mit dem Erdungssystem
der Anlage, insbesondere während des Betriebs des Staubsaugers, beim Entleeren des Staubbeutels
und beim Auswechseln desselben.

WARTUNG
• Die Wartung ist entsprechend ausgebildeten und erfahrenen Mitarbeitern vorbehalten.
Spezische Anweisungen müssen -soweit zutreend- folgende Elemente umfassen:
• Warnung! Vor jeglichen Arbeiten am Gerät ist die Druckluftversorgung abzukoppeln!
• Ein Beutel gilt als voll und muss geleert werden, wenn er 7 kg Staub enthält. In der Praxis entspricht
dies einer Staubhöhe von 8 cm.
• In einigen Fällen kann eine verminderte oder fehlende Aspiration beobachtet werden :
- Das Saugmodul saugt nicht mehr, auch nicht mit einem neuen Beutel. Die Kanäle des Saugmoduls
sind verschmutzt und drücken Luft in den Schlauch zurück. Diese Staubansammlung kann entste-
hen, wenn das Saugmodul über einen längeren Zeitraum mit einem vollen Beutel verwendet wird
oder wenn feuchte Materialien eingesaugt werden, die schließlich einen immer dickeren Film in den
Kanälen des Saugmoduls hinterlassen.
Reinigung mit der Bürste in den Kanälen, löst diesen Staub und das Saugmodul kehrt zu seiner ursprünglichen Leistung zurück.
• In regelmäßigen Abständen ist der Deckel abzuheben und anhaftender Staub am Druckluft - Ventil
zu entfernen. Hierbei ist auch der feste Sitz der Erdungsvorrichtung (Klemme + Kabel) zu prüfen.
• Lösungsmittel und agressive Reinigungssubstanzen sind streng verboten.
• Oberächen mit einem trockenen Lappen abwischen.

Das Staubfach ist nach jedem Einsatz zu leeren - falls erforderlich, bereits vorher.
Für besonders leicht entzündliche Stäube (Zündenergie < 1mJ) sind zusätzliche Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß der Arbeitsschutzverordnung einzuhalten.
Geräte vom Typ 22 sind nicht zugelassen für Stäube oder Flüssigkeiten mit erhöhtem Explosionsrisi-
ko, ebensowenig für brennbare Staub- und Flüssigkeitsgemische.
ACHTUNG – Sämtliche Zubehörteile müssen ebenfalls eine Zulassung gemäß Typ 22 besitzen, andernfalls erlischt aufgrund der Explosionsgefahr die Zulassung für die gesamte Anordnung.

Beim Betrieb ist stets dafür zu sorgen, dass sämtliche Filter (auch die der Motorkühlung) einliegen
und unbeschädigt sind.
Sauger vom Typ der Geräte mit Schutz gegen elektrostatische Entladung dürfen an Geräten
angeschlossen werden, die Staub erzeugen, solange der Schutz gegen elektrostatische Entladung
gewährleistet ist. Keinesfalls dürfen Zündquellen in der Umgebung vorliegen. Leitfähige Bestandteile
der Geräte, einschließlich des Rauchabzugs und leitfähiger Bestandteile der Geräte der Klasse II
sind durch elektrostatische Vorrichtungen zu erden. Die elektrostatische Erdung kann auch durch den
Sauger hindurch oder durch eine unabhängige Erdungsvorrichtung vorgenommen werden.
Sauger vom Typ 1 und solche vom Typ mit Schutz gegen elektrostatische Entladungen dürfen nicht
in Geräten eingesetzt werden, in denen sich Zündquellen benden.
DRUCKLUFTNETZ
Der Druck im Druckluftnetz am Eingang darf höchstens 10 bar betragen.
Liegt der Pneumatikdruck oberhalb der Empfehlung, kann die Funktion des Geräts beeinträchtigt werden, wobei die Saugleistung deutlich sinkt. In solchen Fällen ist eine Druckluftkontrolle am Eingang
vorzunehmen, ebenso am Saugsystem selbst. Diese bendet sich innerhalb des Geräts (Regelung
auf 4 bar max.).
Sobald der Staubbeutel voll oder verstopft ist, ist kein ordnungsgemäßer Betrieb mehr möglich. Der
Staubbeutel ist gemäß der Anweisungen seines Herstellers zu wechseln. Gelterte Zufuhr von trocke-
ner Luft.

SCHLEIFGERÄT
Eine pneumatische Schleifmaschine (nicht mitgeliefert) mit Saugansatz Ø32 mm kann direkt an den Sauger
angeschlossen werden. Weiterhin ist sie mit dem Pneumatiknetz mit Hilfe des Automatikansatzes, der im Saugschlauch
enthalten ist, anzuschließen.
ACHTUNG
Folgende Hinweise:
1. Jeder Nutzer hat vor dem ersten Gebrauch die Anweisungen zu lesen.
2. Verbinden Sie die metallische Erdungsklammer des Staubsaugers mit einem Teil des Arbeitsplatzes, der mit dem
Erdungsstromkreis der Anlage verbunden ist. (der Saugvorgang und die aufgewirbelten Partikel bewirken eine statische
Auadung).
3. Vor dem Wechsel des Staubbeutels ist die Druckluftversorgung abzuschalten.
Der Staubbeutel darf nicht in Kontakt mit oenem Feuer oder Funkenug gelangen. Explosionsgefahr!

EINFÜHRUNG DES STAUBBEUTELS (058880)
WARNUNG: Bei diesem Vorgang kann sich eine zündfähige Atmosphäre bilden, weiterhin kann es zu
Staubansammlungen kommen. Im Umfeld dürfen sich daher keine Geräte benden, die zu einer solchen
Gefahr führen könnten. Dies kann herrühren z.B. von Funkenug bei mechanischen Arbeiten, Flammen,
heißen Oberächen, freiliegenden elektrische Leitungen, heißen Gasen oder statisch aufgeladenen
Elementen. Bei explosionsfähiger Atmospäre sind die Sicherheitsbestimmungen gemäß ATEX 2014/34/
UE zu befolgen.
• Spätestens am Ende des Arbeitstags ist nachzuprüfen, wie weit der Staubbeutel im Inneren des Saugers mittlerweile
gefüllt ist.
• Die Kapazität des Beutels ist auf 7 kg und 20 L Fassungsvermögen begrenzt. Diese Werte sind einzuhalten!
• Bei der Entnahme direkt prüfen, ob Staub herausrieselt. Bei einem oenkundig beschädigten Beutel sind besondere
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen erforderlich, dass keine zündfähige Atmosphäre gebildet wird. Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß Atex
2014/34/UE müssen in jedem Fall eingehalten werden.
• Staubbeutel sind keinesfalls zur Wiederverwendung vorgesehen. Als Ersatz AUSSCHLIESSLICH die Beutel von GYS mit
Best. Nr. 058880 einlegen.
• Ersatzbeutel sind an einem trockenen Ort zu lagern.
• Gefüllte Staubbeutel sind gemäß der lokalen Umweltschutzbestimmungen und der Schutzvorschriften gegen
Explosionen durch zündfähige Stäube zu entsorgen.

Schritte beim Einführen des Staubbeutels
1 - Bei dieser Maßnahme muss die Metallklemme am Erdungskreis der Installation angeschlossen sein.
2 - Druckluftzufuhr mit Hilfe des Hahns, der oben am Sauger angebracht ist, abstellen.
3 - Bevor der Deckel geönet wird, ist die Schnellkupplung für
die Versorgung an der Rückseite des Saugers zu entkoppeln.
Um den Deckel zu önen, sind die Riegel bündig zu verschieben.
4 - Direkt nachdem der Beutel vom Saugmundstück gelöst ist, ist er am Flansch mit Hilfe des hierfür vorgesehenen
Stopfens zu verschließen, so dass beim Transport kein Staub austritt. Beim Transport vorsichtig vorgehen und den
Beutel in einem hierfür zugelassenen Ort innerhalb der ATEX - Installation zwischenlagern.
5 - Falls noch Staubreste im Einlegekübel vorhanden sind,
müssen sie entfernt werden.

6 - Einen neuen Beutel einführen und den Flansch mit dem Saugmundstück verbinden.
7 - Das Filtertuch darf nicht brüchig oder angerissen sein.
8 - Deckel schließen und einschnappen lassen, ohne hierbei den Beutel einzuklemmen oder zu beschädigen.

Am Ende jedes Arbeitstages ist nachzukontrollieren, dass sich keine Staubschichten am Sauger (vorne, an der Oberoder Rückseite) abgelagert haben. Gegebenenfalls sind sie vorsichtig -ohne eine zündfähige Staubwolke hervorzurufenzu beseitigen, wobei die metallische Klemme immer noch am Erdungskreis der Installation anliegen muss.
GARANTIE
Die Garantieleistung des Herstellers erfolgt ausschließlich bei Fabrikations- oder Materialfehlern, die binnen 24 Monate
nach Kauf angezeigt werden (Nachweis Kaufbeleg).
Die Garantieleistung erfolgt nicht bei:
• Durch Transport verursachten Beschädigungen.
• Normalem Verschleiß der Teile (z.B. : Kabel, Klemmen, usw.) sowie Gebrauchsspuren.
• Von unsachgemäßem Gebrauch verursachten Defekten (Sturz, harte Stöße, Demontage).
• Durch Umwelteinüsse entstandene Defekte (Verschmutzung, Rost, Staub).
Die Reparatur erfolgt erst nach Erhalt einer schriftlichen Akzeptanz (Unterschrift) des zuvor vorgelegten

completamente bloqueada. En este caso, hay que retirar la bolsa llena y sustituirla por una nueva.
Para la bolsa, hay que respetar las recomendaciones del fabricante. Suministro de aire seco ltrado.
LIJADORA
Una lijadora neumática (no suministrada) con una boquilla de aspiración de Ø32 mm se conecta a la aspiradora. También puede conectarse a la red neumática a través de la boquilla automática incluida en la manguera de aspiración.
PRECAUCIONES
Las siguientes indicaciones :

MONTAJE DE LA BOLSA DE POLVO (058880)
ADVERTENCIA: durante esta operación, se pueden formar atmósferas explosivas y depósitos de polvo.
Evite introducir en la zona que rodea al aparato, dispositivos que pueden generar una llama como: chispas
mecánicas, partes eléctricas, supercies calientes, amas, gases calientes, cargas electrostáticas. Siga
las normas de comportamiento internas en presencia de atmósferas explosivas conforme a la directiva
Atex 2014/34/UE.
• Compruebe, al menos al nal de la jornada de trabajo, el nivel de llenado de la bolsa para polvo del interior del tronco.
• La capacidad máxima de la bolsa para polvo es de 7 kg y de 20 L de volumen: no supere este límite.
• En el caso en el que la bolsa retirada presente suras, proceda prestando atención y siguiendo las normas de
comportamiento internas en presencia de atmósferas explosivas conforme a la directiva Atex 2014/34/UE.
• No utilice más de una vez la misma bolsa para polvo y utilice EXCLUSIVAMENTE la bolsa para polvo GYS (ref. 058880).
• Las bolsas de recambio se deben almacenar en un lugar seco.
• Para su eliminación, proceda conforme a la ley y a las normas de comportamiento internas para el tratamiento de
polvo explosivo.

Montaje de la bolsa de polvo (058880)
1- Efectúes esta operación con la pinza metálica conectada al circuito de tierra de la instalación.
2- Cierre la válvula de suministro de aire comprimido presente en la parte trasera del aspirador.
3 - Desconecte el acoplamiento rápido de alimentación en la
parte trasera de la aspiradora antes de abrir la tapa trasera.
Utilice los pestillos al ras para abrir la tapa.
4- Desenganche la brida de la bolsa para polvo de la boca de aspirado, ciérrela con el tapón previsto para ello
para evitar que el polvo no se escape del saco durante el transporte. Retire cuidadosamente la bolsa para polvo y
deposítelo en una zona prevista para ello en el interior de la instalación. ATEX.
5- Retire los eventuales depósitos de polvo en el interior del
cubo.
6- Coloque una bolsa para polvo nueva en el cubo, uniendo la brida a la boca de aspiración.
7- Controle que no haya suras u oricios.
8 - Cierre la tapa dando un golpe, asegurándose de no romper la bolsa.
9 - Conecte el suministro de aire comprimido al cabezal del aspirador con el conector rápido previsto para ello.

LIMPIEZA DE DEPÓSITOS DE POLVO
Al nal de la jornada de trabajo, compruebe si hay depósitos de polvo en las supercies planas de la aspiradora (frente,
parte superior, etc.). Si hay depósitos de polvo, asegúrese de que la pinza metálica del aspirador está conectada
al circuito de tierra de la instalación y retire con cuidado los depósitos de polvo, evitando que se creen atmósferas
explosivas.
GARANTÍA
La garantía cubre todos los defectos o vicios de fabricación durante 2 años, a partir de la fecha de compra (piezas y
mano de obra)
La garantía no cubre:
• Todas las otras averías resultando del transporte
• El desgaste normal de las piezas (cables, pinzas…)
• Los incidentes resultando de un mal uso (error de alimentación, caída, desmontaje, (por ejemplo, aspiración de grasa
o uso de aire lubricado).
• Los fallos relacionados con el entorno (polución, oxidación, polvo…)
En caso de fallo, regresen la maquina a su distribuidor, adjuntando:

El sistema de aspiración está obstruido (aspiración de
grasa o conexión de aire a la red lubricada). Existe un
procedimiento para desmontar y limpiar la unidad de
aspiración.

ПНЕВМАТИКА

К пылесосу подключается пневматическая шлифовальная машина (не входит в комплект поставки) с
всасывающей насадкой Ø32 мм. Его также можно подключить к пневматической сети через автоматическую
насадку, находящуюся в шланге для всасывания.

Установка мешка для сбора пыли

ОЧИСТКА ОТ СКОПИВШЕЙСЯ ПЫЛИ

AANSLUITING
Gebruik alleen de accessoires die zijn meegeleverd met het apparaat of accessoires die worden genoemd in de handleiding. Het gebruik van andere accessoires kan de veiligheid in gevaar brengen.
Het geluidsniveau van het apparaat in werking is L=70 dB(A).
Personen die met dit apparaat gaan werken moeten kennis hebben van de risico's van het werken in
een ATEX zone, en de voorschriften en voorwaarden ervan goed in acht nemen.
Dit apparaat behoort tot groep II categorie 3D, volgens de classicatie van de ATEX Richtlijnen. Het
apparaat is dus geschikt voor een gebruik in zone 22.
Dit betekent dat het apparaat kan worden gebruikt op plaatsen waar bij normaal gebruik de kans op

korte tijd zal duren.

ONDERHOUD

GYSDUST EXTRACTOR
De stofzuigers Type EPA zijn geschikt voor een aansluiting aan apparatuur die stof produceren in EPA
zones. De gebruikers van dit apparaat moeten er goed opletten dat er geen ontvlambare elementen
worden opgezogen. De geleidende delen van deze apparaten, inclusief afzuig-apparatuur en de geleidende onderdelen van Klasse II apparaten moeten geaard worden door middel van een elektro-statisch element. Het elektro-statisch aarden kan worden gerealiseerd door middel van de stofzuiger, of
door een onafhankelijk aarde-dispositief.
De stofzuigers Type 1 en Type EPA zijn niet geschikt voor gebruik met apparaten waarin ontvlambare
bronnen worden gecreëerd.
PNEUMATISCH
De luchtdruk aan de ingang moet lager of gelijk zijn aan 10 bar.
Bij een hogere pneumatische druk dan die wordt aanbevolen zal het apparaat minder goed werken
en kan er een verlies van zuigkracht ontstaan. In dit geval moet u de luchtdruk aan de ingang van het
apparaat en binnenin het apparaat controleren. (Afstellen max. 4 bar).
Het afzuigsysteem zal minder goed of niet meer functioneren wanneer de zak vol is of verstopt is
geraakt. In dit geval moet u een nieuwe stofzak plaatsen. Bij het kiezen van de stofzak dient u de
aanwijzingen van de fabrikant op te volgen. Droge, gelterde luchttoevoer.
SCHUURMACHINE
U kunt een pneumatische schuurmachine (niet meegeleverd) met een zuigmond Ø32 mm op de stofzuiger aansluiten.
Deze kan tevens worden aangesloten op het pneumatisch circuit, door middel van het automatische mondstuk in de
afzuigslang.
WAARSCHUWING
Volg de volgende aanwijzingen nauwgezet op :
1. Lees voor gebruik de instructies goed door
2. Sluit de metalen aardklem van de stofzuiger aan op een deel van de werkplek dat is verbonden met het aardcircuit
van de installatie. (Het opzuigen en de circulatie van het stof zullen statische elektriciteit veroorzaken).
3. Koppel altijd eerst de pneumatische voeding af voordat u de stofzak verwisselt.
De stofzak mag niet in contact komen met vlammen of vonken.

WAARSCHUWING : Tijdens deze handeling kunnen er een explosieve atmosfeer en stofafzetting ontstaan
; voorkom dat er zich potentiële ontvlambare elementen in de buurt van het apparaat bevinden, zoals
mechanische vonken, elektrische deeltjes, warme oppervlaktes, vlammen, warme gassen, elektrostatische ontladingen... Respecteer de normen die gelden inzake apparaten en beveiligingssystemen

Stappen bij het inbrengen van de stofzak (058880)
1 - Voer deze handeling uit met de metalen klem aangesloten op het aarde-circuit van de installatie.

5 - Verwijder eventuele stofresten die in de houder zijn achter

7 - Controleer goed of er zich geen openingen of scheuren bevinden in of op het lterende gedeelte.
8 - Sluit de behuizing met een klap en let daarbij goed op dat de stofzak niet scheurt.
9 - Koppel de perslucht-voeding aan op de achterkant van de stofzuiger met de daarvoor bestemde snelkoppeling.

REINIGEN VAN STOFRESTEN
Aan het einde van de werkdag moet u controleren of er stofresten op de oppervlaktes van de stofzuiger zijn achtergebleven
(aan de voorkant, bovenop enz.). Als er stofresten zijn achtergebleven moet u zich er eerst van verzekeren dat de
metalen klem van de stofzuiger is geaard aan de installatie. Vervolgens kunt u voorzichtig de stofresten verwijderen.
Daarbij moet worden voorkomen dat er explosieve atmosferen gecreëerd worden.
GARANTIE
De garantie dekt alle gebreken en fabricagefouten gedurende twee jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum
(onderdelen en arbeidsloon).
De garantie dekt niet :
• Alle overige schade als gevolg van vervoer.
• De gebruikelijke slijtage van onderdelen (Bijvoorbeeld : kabels, klemmen, enz.).
• Incidenten als gevolg van verkeerd gebruik (verkeerde elektrische voeding, vallen, ontmanteling, (bijvoorbeeld door
vet af te zuigen of smeerlucht te gebruiken).
• Gebreken ten gevolge van de gebruiksomgeving (vervuiling, roest, stof).

Utilizzare solo gli accessori forniti con l’apparecchio o quelli specicati nel manuale di istruzioni. L’utilizzo di altri accessori può compromettere la sicurezza.
Il livello di pressione sonora (rumore) emesso dall’apparecchio durante il funzionamento è L= 70
dB(A).
La conoscenza e la consapevolezza dei rischi del lavoro in zone ATEX è essenziale per l’uso di ques-
ta attrezzatura.
Il dispositivo appartiene al gruppo II categoria 3D secondo la classicazione della direttiva ATEX ed è
quindi adatto all’uso nella zona 22.
Ciò signica che può essere utilizzato in luoghi in cui un’atmosfera di polvere esplosiva, sotto forma
di una nuvola di polvere combustibile nell’aria, non è probabile che si verichi durante il normale fun-
zionamento, ma può persistere solo per un breve periodo.
COLLEGAMENTO
Questo apparecchio deve essere messo a terra utilizzando il morsetto fornito.
Collegare il morsetto metallico a una parte dell’area che è collegata al sistema di messa a terra della
fabbrica.
ATTENZIONE : Collegare sempre la macchina al sistema di messa a terra dell’impianto usando la

MANUTENZIONE
• La manutenzione dovrebbe essere eettuata solo da una persona qualicata.
Il manuale di istruzioni dovrebbe fornire dettagli su quanto segue, se applicabile:
• Attenzione: scollegare sempre l’alimentazione di aria compressa prima di intervenire sull’appa-
recchio
• Il sacco è considerato pieno e deve essere svuotato quando contiene 7 kg di polvere. In questa
situazione, ciò corrisponde a un’altezza della polvere di 8 cm.
• In alcuni casi, si può osservare una diminuzione o una perdita dell’aspirazione:
- Il modulo di aspirazione non aspira più, anche con un sacchetto nuovo. I condotti del modulo di aspirazione sono intasati e spingono l’aria nel tubo. Questi accumuli di polvere possono vericarsi quando
il modulo di aspirazione viene utilizzato a lungo con un sacchetto pieno o quando vengono aspirati
materiali umidi, causando una pellicola sempre più spessa nei condotti del modulo di aspirazione.
• Rimuovere regolarmente il coperchio e soare via la polvere. Controllare il collegamento a terra
(morsetto e cavo)
La pulizia con la spazzola nei condotti rimuove questa polvere e il modulo di aspirazione torna
alle sue prestazioni originali.
• Non utilizzare mai solventi o altri detergenti aggressivi.
• Pulire le superci dell’apparecchio con un panno asciutto.

Gli aspiratori per aree protette elettrostaticamente sono adatti per il collegamento ad apparecchiature che producono polvere in aree protette elettrostaticamente. Ci si deve assicurare che nessuna
fonte di inammazione venga aspirata. Le parti conduttive delle apparecchiature, comprese le cappe
di aspirazione e le parti conduttive delle apparecchiature di Classe II, devono essere messe a terra
elettrostaticamente. La messa a terra elettrostatica può essere realizzata attraverso l’aspiratore o
attraverso un dispositivo di messa a terra elettrostatica separato.
Gli estrattori di polvere protetti di tipo 1 e del tipo zona protetta contro le scariche elettrostatiche non

Un malfunzionamento del sistema di aspirazione può vericarsi quando il sacco è pieno o completamente otturato. In questo caso, il sacco pieno deve essere rimosso e sostituito con uno nuovo. Per il
sacco è necessario rispettare le raccomandazioni del produttore. Alimentazione di aria secca e ltrata.
LEVIGATRICE
Una levigatrice pneumatica (non inclusa) con un ugello di aspirazione di Ø32 mm si collega all’aspirapolvere ed è
anche collegata alla rete pneumatica tramite l’ugello automatico incluso nel tubo di aspirazione.
ATTENZIONE
Le seguenti istruzioni:
1. Prima dell’uso, leggere le istruzioni
2. Collegare il morsetto di terra dell’aspirapolvere alla carrozzeria da levigare (l’aspirazione e la circolazione della polvere
generano elettricità statica).
3. Scollegare l’alimentazione pneumatica prima di cambiare il sacco.

• Controllare, almeno alla ne della giornata lavorativa, il riempimento del sacco della polvere all’interno dell’aspirapolvere.

7 - Controllare se ci sono rotture o strappi nel tessuto del ltro.
8 - Chiudere il coperchio sbattendolo, facendo attenzione a non strappare il sacchetto.
9 - Collegare l’alimentazione dell’aria compressa alla parte posteriore dell’aspiratore con l’attacco rapido fornito.

PULIZIA DEI DEPOSITI DI POLVERE
Alla ne della giornata di lavoro, controllare la presenza di depositi di polvere sulle superci piane dell’aspiratore (parte
anteriore, superiore, ecc.) Se ci sono depositi di polvere, assicurarsi che la pinza metallica dell’aspiratore sia collegata al
circuito di terra dell’impianto e rimuovere con cura i depositi di polvere, evitando di creare atmosfere esplosive.
GARANTIE
La garanzia copre eventuali difetti di fabbricazione o guasti per 2 anni dalla data di acquisto (parti e manodopera).
La garanzia non copre :
• Qualsiasi altro danno dovuto al trasporto.
