Security

Please note the following information when using the appliance: 7 The appliance is designed for domestic use only.

7 Never use the appliance in the bath, shower or over a washbasin filled with water; nor should it be operated with wet hands.

7 Do not immerse the appliance in water or let it come into contact with water, even during cleaning.

7 Do not use the appliance near water in bathtubs, wash basins or other vessels.

7 If the appliance is used in the bathroom, always pull out the mains plug after use, as water near the appliance can still constitute a danger, even if it is switched off.

7 If not already present, for additional protection it is recommend to install a residual-current-operated protective device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA in the electrical circuit of your bathroom. Ask your plumber for advice.

7 Never place the appliance should on soft cushions or blankets during operation.

7 Ensure that the air-induction and output openings are not covered during operation.

7 The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection system.

7 Pull out the mains plug after use. Do not pull out the plug by pulling on the cable.

7 Do not use the appliance if the mains cable is damaged or the appliance itself is visibly damaged.

Special features

You can use your appliance anywhere in the world.

You can switch the mains voltage between 115-120 V~ and 230240 V~.

Caution

7Before using for the first time, check the information on the voltage switch corresponds to the local mains supply.

The device may overheat if the voltage switch is in the wrong position.

Settings

Your appliance has the following settings:

Blower level, temperature level B

0: Off

I: Gentle air flow, temperature approx. 70 °C

II: Strong air flow, temperature approx. 80 °C

230 (230-240 V~)

Operation

1Thoroughly towel dry your hair after washing.

2Fold out the soft-touch handle D .

3If necessary change the mains voltage setting using the rotary switch C , for example using a coin.

4Plug the A power cord into the wall socket.

5Turn on the device with the switch B and select the blower/temperature level you require (I or II).

6Align the concentrator nozzle E as required.

7After use, switch off the appliance with the B switch and pull the plug of the mains cable A out of the socket.

Note

7Never wind the mains cable around the appliance, because this can cause damage.

Please check the appliance and the cable regularly for visible damage.

Cleaning and care

Pull the plug out before cleaning.

Never submerge the appliance in water.

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing. Remember to clean the air inlet grille F occasionally with a soft brush to remove hair and dust.
