Thank you, for your recent purchase of a GBC Pouch Laminator. Your new laminator may emit a slight odour during the initial stage of operation. It is normal and will diminish after several hours of operation.

•Use the unit only for its intended purposes.

•Place unit on a secure, stable work area to prevent the unit from falling and possibly causing personal injury and damage to the unit.

•The socket outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD GENERALES

ELECTRICAL SAFEGUARDS
•The unit must be connected to a supply voltage corresponding to the electrical rating.
•Unplug the unit before moving it, or when it is not in use for an extended period of time.
CAUTION: To provide continued protection against risk electrical shock, connect to properly grounded outlets only.
•Do not operate with a damaged supply cord or plug, if it is damaged, or malfunctions.
•Do not overload electrical outlets beyond their capacity; fire or electrical shock could result.
•The unit is intended for indoor use only.
•Do not spill liquid of any kind on this product.
•Close supervision is required when this product is used near children.
SERVICE
•Do not attempt to service or repair the pouch laminator yourself. Unplug the unit and contact an authorized GBC service representative for any required repairs.
CLEANING
CAUTION: Unplug this product before cleaning.
•Wipe exterior only with a damp cloth. Do not use detergents or solvents.
OPERATION
Control Panel LCD. The following information is displayed on the LCD:
“SET” – The numbers directly next to the word SET indicate the set temperature.
“SPEED” – The numbers directly next to the word SPEED indicate the speed setting.
“READY” – Indicates that the machine is at the requested operating temperature.
“LOWER CENTER 000” – Counter, represents the number of items laminated
“LOWER RIGHT” – Indicates the actual temperature of the rollers
CONSEILS DE SÉCURITÉ ÉLECTRIQUE
•L’appareil doit être branché sur une tension d’alimentation électrique adéquate.
•Débranchez l’appareil avant de le déplacer ou lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période de temps.
MISE EN GARDE :
Pour offrir une protection continue contre les risques de décharge électrique, connecter seulement à une prise correctement mise à la terre.
•Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil si le fil d’alimentation ou la prise sont endommagés, si l’appareil est lui-même endommagé ou s’il fonctionne mal.
•Ne surchargez pas les prises électriques murales au-delà de leur capacité; un incendie ou un choc électrique pourrait en résulter.
•L’appareil est prévu pour être utilisé en intérieur uniquement.
•Ne renversez aucun liquide sur l’appareil.

ENTRETIEN
•N’essayez pas d’entretenir ou de réparer la plastifieuse vous-même. Débranchez l’appareil et contactez le service technique agréé par GBC pour toute réparation nécessaire.
NETTOYAGE
PRECAUTION: Débranchez ce produit avant le nettoyage.
•Essuyez l’extérieur uniquement avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez pas de détergents ou de dissolvants.
FONCTIONNEMENT
Ecran de Contrôle LCD. Les informations suivantes s’affichent à l’écran :
“SET” – Les chiffres juste à côté du mot SET indique la température réglée.
“SPEED” – Les chiffres juste à côté du mot SPEED indique le réglage de la vitesse.
“READY” – Indique que l’appareil a atteint la température de fonctionnement demandée.
“LOWER CENTER 000” – Compteur, comptabilise le nombre d’articles plastifiés
“LOWER RIGHT” – Indique la température réelle des rouleaux
MEDIDAS DE PROTECCION ELECTRICAS
•La unidad debe estar conectada a una fuente de alimentación correspondiente al régimen de voltaje.
•Desenchufe la unidad antes de moverla o cuando no se utilice durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo.
PRECAUCIÓ N: Para proporcionar protección continua contra los riesgos de choques eléctricos, conecte solamente a tomacorrientes con una conexión
de descarga a tierra adecuada.
•No utilice la máquina con cables o enchufes en mal estado.
•No sobrecargue las tomas de corriente eléctrica por encima de su capacidad, ya que puede ocasionar un incendio o una descarga eléctrica.
•La unidad está diseñada para utilizarse únicamente en interiores.
•No vierta líquidos de ningún tipo sobre este equipo.
•Extreme las medidas de precaución si hay niños en las proximidades.
SERVICIO
•No manipule ni trate de reparar usted la máquina. Desenchufe la unidad y acuda a un centro de servicio autorizado GBC para realizar cualquier reparación.
LIMPIEZA
PRECAUCION: Desenchufe este producto antes de proceder a su limpieza.
•Limpie el exterior únicamente con un paño humedecido. No utilice detergentes ni disolventes.
FUNCIONAMIENTO
Pantalla LCD del panel de control. La siguiente información se muestra en la pantalla LCD:
“SET” – Los números situados junto a la palabra SET indican el ajuste de temperatura.
“SPEED” – Los números situados junto a la palabra SPEED indican el ajuste de velocidad.
“READY” – Indica que la máquina está a la temperatura de funcionamiento programada.
“LOWER CENTER 000”– Contador, representa el número de plastificaciones realizadas
“LOWER RIGHT” – Indica la temperatura de los rodillos
